Data Scientist

• Candidate must have a proven track record in commercial real estate development (e.g., malls, office buildings, industrial setups).
• Candidate must have minimum 20 years of experience in real estate project management.
• Need candidate having strong experience across the entire project lifecycle – including planning, government approvals, vendor management, and execution.
• Need candidate with 10+ years of experience working with top-tier real estate firms such as DLF, Vatika, Unitech, etc.
• Candidate must have deep knowledge of construction norms, regulatory compliance, and legal approval processes.
• Candidate must have a well-established industry network within the real estate and construction ecosystem.

• Strong Data Architect, Lead Data Engineer, Engineering Manager / Director Profile
• Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have 10+ YOE in Data Engineering roles, with at least 2+ years in a Leadership role
• Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have 7+ YOE in hands-on Tech development with Java (Highly preferred) or Python, Node.JS, GoLang
• Mandatory (Experience 3) - Must have recent 4+ YOE with high-growth Product startups, and should have implemented Data Engineering systems from an early stage in the Company
• Mandatory (Experience 4) - Must have strong experience in large data technologies, tools like HDFS, YARN, Map-Reduce, Hive, Kafka, Spark, Airflow, Presto etc.
• Mandatory (Experience 5) - Strong expertise in HLD and LLD, to design scalable, maintainable data architectures.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.

• Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
• Understanding of Google's Android design principles and interface guidelines

• Responsible for monitoring Call tracking for responses from administrative team so call returns are done in a timely fashion.
• Responsibility is to Follow-up with participants within a 24-hour period in regards to the initial phone call even if it is to just touch base and let participant know inquiry is still be researched.
• Responsibility is to answer participant questions, as well as question participants to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.
