He/She will be responsible for assisting the “COO” in driving strategy, planning, execution, and performance for the agency's strategic practice. Driving insights that define prime prospects, needs, attitudes, and values as per client requirements to engage a stronger and more impactful brand experience. Monitoring and evaluating implemented brand strategies and marketing actions and amending them based on deviations.

Strategy

• Ability to identify strategic needs, lead all aspects of planning with sound business recommendations, and generate alignment with key business partners

• Understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities of target and industry
• Developing a comprehensive context for digital strategies through analyzing a wide range of information in detail, as part of situation assessment.

• Facilitate existing client relationships and mandate via the role of strategy

Insights & Ideas

• S/he will be responsible for driving consumer understanding and insights that define prime prospects, needs, attitudes, and values for consumers to have a stronger and more impactful brand experience.

• To build digital solutions encompassing technology, content marketing, and development and executing the same effectively

• Implementing new processes to increase efficiencies and effectiveness of research, measurement, and strategy work for teams.

• Cross functioning with digital media, content planning and, social media teams to drive brand innovation, engagement, and penetration across marketing ecosystems along with head strategy.

• Collaborate with the Account Supervisor or Manager, Client Services, on the preparation of marketing recommendations, strategies, and actions for the client.

• Review, analyze and evaluate the following, relative to the client’s needs and objectives: media output, creative output, research reports and, client data
• Share input on content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team
• Lead brainstorming sessions to generate ideas
• Provide market research, analyses, and insights into the latest industry trends
• Developing actionable marketing strategies driven by insight, channeled by cultural understanding, and,powered through research

New Business Development

• S/he will maintain and grow our agency's business and client base on an ongoing basis.
• S/he will create and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, developing strategic solutions and plans that best fit the agency and clients’ needs.

• Responsible for creating brand identities through research and applying experience to uncover an in-depth knowledge of the organizational process, competitive threats, and opportunities of a client’s business.

• Responsible for departmental vision, structure, and management while providing leadership, accountability, and mentorship to brand strategy.

• Develop integrated marketing strategies and tactical plans to meet and exceed the client’s marketing and business goals and objectives

• Monitoring and enforcing new business risks and constraints (schedule/scope/resources)
• Manage agency strategy efforts and projects, get involved with projects from start to finish, and ensure successful project completion against deadlines.

• Provide strategic branding thought leadership and expertise to expand business relationships
• Oversee development of marketing plans and creative briefs
• Develop and implement new processes to increase efficiencies and effectiveness of research, measurement, and strategy work for teams

• Work with all departments to develop integrated solutions and expand the services Grapes provides to clients

modeling techniques.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Technical Bachelor’s Degree.

Non-Technical Degree holders should have 1+ years of relevant experience.

.Net developer role will involve working in all phases of the software development cycle. Build new systems with Microsoft technologies with a primary focus on C#, .NET, .Net Core,Web API, SQL, Entity Framework, Async Programing, Git, and Design patterns. Be an effective team player in a small, experienced and energetic team working on rapid and agile development schedules.

 3-5 years of experience as a developer

 3+ years in Microsoft Web-related Technologies

 Deep knowledge of the .NET Framework, .NET Core,

.Net, MVC, C#, ENTITY Framework, REST web-services

– Authentication, Authorization, Performance Tuning,

JSON, Unit testing – Nunit, Xunit

 Experience in Data Modelling, Object Oriented Designs

 Experience in integrating with other systems like Payment

gateway or third-party API or integration tools like Boomi

 Hands-on experience in SQL Server stored procedure

development and fine-tuning.

 Experience in using GitHub, project management, defect

tracking tools.

 Provide accurate status to Management/Project Managers

Job Description & Responsibilities:

Selected engineer's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Performs Database Administration tasks in Oracle & MS/MY SQL. Also performs basic DBA tasks in

SQL Server and DB2 environments as necessary.

• Designs and builds simple to complex database structures from data models.

• Installs, configures and patches Oracle.

• Implements HA and DR systems using Data guard and RAC.

• Builds and manages Data Guard Physical/Logical Standby Databases using Data Guard Broker

• Provides rotating 24x7 on-call support for company's Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2 environments as

necessary.

• Participates in design reviews as required to ensure database design meets application

requirements.

• Designs, maintains, documents and executes database utilities to provide information regarding

database activity.

• Proactively performs database monitoring and performance tuning tasks.

• Identify and provide solutions to performance issues in multiple database environments.

• Provides automation to standard DBA tasks. Able to develop scripts on UNIX and Windows

platforms as necessary.

• Reviews and enforces adherence to the company's Architecture, as well as database design and

usage standards.

• Understands database high availability technologies and guides the company in implementing

appropriate solutions.

Education, Experience & other requirements

• B.S. degree from an accredited university.

• Must have solid Oracle RAC , Golden Gate & Data Guard experience.

• 3+ years of extensive experience with Oracle database installation / configuration best practices

and Database upgrade/migration approaches.

• Experience installing, building, upgrading and supporting Oracle RAC environment, ASM,

Grid/Cluster.

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in the installation, configuration and

troubleshooting of Oracle products and patches, including Oracle 12c, RAC, ASM, Clusterware,

GoldenGate, Dataguard, Oracle Database Appliance (ODA), Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c.

• Experience in Oracle 12c RAC based environment - architecture, installation, building, upgrading

and maintenance of Oracle RAC based environment in production.

• Extensive experience in Oracle DataGuard replication and physical standby for Disaster recovery

• Working experience of Oracle Database Appliance.

• Strong knowledge of OEM 12C grid monitoring configuration.

• Strong working experience with RMAN configuration, Job maintenance and backup & recovery

• Experience in database problem identification, problem diagnosis and resolution.
