Job Description:

The incumbent would be responsible for:

• Deployment of various infrastructures on Cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure, OVH etc.
• Server monitoring, analysis and troubleshooting.
• Deploying multi-tier architectures using microservices.
• Integration of Container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes etc as per application requirement.
• Automating workflow with python or shell scripting.
• CI and CD integration for application lifecycle management.
• Hosting and managing websites on Linux machines.
• Frontend, backend and database optimization.
• Protecting operations by keeping information confidential.
• Providing information by collecting, analyzing, summarizing development & service issues.
• Prepares & installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards & programming.

Requirements:

6+ year of working experience .

Strong understanding of web fundamentals

Deeply technical with a track record of successful delivery.

Manage daily/weekly scrums.

Lead technical strategy and implementation for various team initiatives with an alignment with project / client expectations

Proven record of building project from scratch.

An entrepreneurial spirit combined with strong program and project management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex plans and designs.

Excellent judgment, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent design and architecture knowledge.

Data-driven decision making.

• Build, Train and Test multiple CNN models.
• Optimizing model training & inference by utilizing multiple GPUs and CPU cores.
• Keen interest in Life Sciences, Image processing, Genomics, Multi-omics analysis
• Interested in reading and implementing research papers of relevant field.
• Strong experience of Deep Learning frameworks TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.
• Strong programming skills in python and experience of Ski-Learn/NumPy libraries.
• Experience of training of Object detection Models like YOLOv3/Mask CNN and semantic segmentation models like DeepLab, Unet etc.
• Good understanding of image processing and computer vision algorithm like watershed, histogram matching etc.
• Experience of cell segmentation and membrane segmentation using CNNs (Optional)

• Strong knowledge of Android SDK. 

• Experience with Android Studio and Gradle Build System. 

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.

• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices. 

• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.

• Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks.

• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.

• Experience working in Git, Jira and other productivity tools. 

• Familiarity with Kotlin is helpful.
