Growth Marketing Manager

You will be our first marketing hire, and will be responsible for laying the foundation of our marketing DNA described above.

• Conceptualize from scratch our multi pronged marketing strategy - SEO (blog, newsletter), social media (linkedin, twitter), community, education (webinars, podcasts), partnerships etc
• Understand our user/buyer persona, empathize with them, conceptualize relevant content topics, and work with content writers to push high quality content on various platforms
• Identify the right keywords for Zenskar to optimize on - both head, and long tail
• Iterate to figure out the correct tone for our social media communication, and build relevant audience on social platforms
• Reach out to industry influencers, collaborate with them and organize webinars, podcasts etc with the intent to establish Zenskar as an authority in the industry
• Create a vibrant community of our user and buyer persona, with the intent to help solve the problems they face on a daily basis
• Hire as the team grows and mentor junior folks

We're Looking For A Digital Marketing Executive. The Candidate Should Be Very Intelligent, Skillful, Practical, And Smart. Must- Have Knowledge About Digital Marketing Field.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Conducting On-Site And Off-Site Analysis For SEO
2. Creating High-Quality SEO Content.
3. Leading Keyword Research And Optimization Of Content.
4. Keeping Up-To-Date With Developments In SEO.
5. Good Knowledge Of Back Link Analysis.
6. Familiarity With Google Analytics And Other Analytic Tools.
7. Excellent Written Communication Skills Using Google Analytics
8. Assisting With Blog Content.
9. Administer Search Engine Programs (XML Sitemaps, Shopping Feeds, Webmaster Tools) For Purposes Of Diagnostic Reporting On Client Projects

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and execute Web, SEO/SEM, Database Marketing, Email, Social media, and Advertising campaigns
• Design, Build, and maintain Social Media presence
• Measure and report performance of Digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends, insights and optimize approach based on the insights.
• Plan and execute periodic Content Calendar for Branding and Inbound lead acquisition
• Create landing pages and optimize user experience for Lead Acquisition
• Should be able to plan and execute Webinars, Seminars and Events

Skills:

• MBA or PGDM in Marketing
• 6+ years of experience in Digital Marketing for IT/ITES Services Industry
• Must have exposure in marketing of Digital Technologies and Services like Cloud, Analytics, APIs, Software Development & Channels
• Good to have experience in using HubSpot as Marketing Tool
• Must have excellent verbal and written Communication skills with exposure to Global Clients

• To appoint Block Sales Manager in their respective Districts.
• To manage sales operations in assigned district to achieve revenue goals.
• To supervise sales team members on daily basis and provide guidance whenever needed.
• To identify skill gaps and conduct trainings to sales team.
• To work with team to implement new sales techniques to obtain profits.
• To assist in employee recruitment, promotion, retention and termination activities.
• To conduct employee performance evaluation and provide feedback for improvements.
• To contact potential customers and identify new business opportunities.
• To stay abreast with customer needs, market trends and competitors.
• To maintain clear and complete sales reports for management review.
• To build strong relationships with customers for business growth.

Role and responsibilities: 

• B2B marketing.
• Contacting and approaching corporate clients i.e. HR Managers, administrations, marketing heads etc., of well-known companies in Bangalore. (Resources and data base will be provided, leads will be given daily basis), No cold calling, Not Call centre job.
• Fixing meetings with them, briefing them about our services & products over the meeting and cracking the deal.
• Following up the order placed by them and closing the deal.
• No targets, no deadlines.
• Your team will have 2-3 interns who will be working below you. You have to delegate work to them.

  Reporting to: -Managing Director only.

  Timings: - 

  Monday to Friday 10:30 am to 7:30pm.

  Saturday: 10:30 am to 6:00 pm.

  Salary:15-30k PM  +incentives (Travel and other expenses incurred by the marketing Executive are reimbursed) 

• Qualification: anygraduate (B.com, BBA, BMS, BTECH ETC.)                                                                                                                                                                                      Experience: Fresher - 2year experience
  Probation Period:3 months
