Job Summary:
The Powertrain Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) Specialist having responsibilities for developing and managing the diagnostic trouble codes for powertrain systems. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery of diagnostic solutions that meet quality and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- DTC Development and Management:
- Experience in Diagnostics and Fault Management
- Developing powertrain diagnostic strategies and DTCs, understanding of DTC Structure.
- Ensure that diagnostic systems meet OBD I and II (On-Board Diagnostics) standards.
- Maintain and update the DTC related Documents as new systems are developed and existing
- systems are modified.
- Knowledge of ISO14229.
- Experienced programming with C/C++
Collaboration and Communication with Testing and Validation Team:
- Working closely with the validation and vehicle testing teams for resolving reported issues to improve overall vehicle performance.
- Based on testing & validate feedback: Analyzing, Diagnosing, Debugging and troubleshooting reported software issues, providing effective solutions.
- Coordinate with software developers to ensure seamless operation and accurate reporting of DTCs.
- Perform root cause analysis for diagnostic emissions and drivability cases.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare comprehensive documentation for diagnostic algorithms and code functionalities.
- Report on the performance and accuracy of diagnostic systems
Support and Training:
- Provide technical support to internal teams and external customers regarding diagnostic
- systems.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions

Duties and Responsibilities
Troubleshooting the complex/multi-domain/ incidents, that require design changes or involvement
of OEMs, on the network and services that are escalated by L2 Resolver Group while adhering to
SLA/KPIs
Providing L3 level of Network and Service Assurance support for enterprise network on routing
and switching and is comprised of Cisco based WAN/ LAN / WLAN and SDWAN technologies
Carrying out complex network change events.
Acting as the architect for the projects in the day 2 scenario
Provide design and deployment guidance on new enterprise sites, make configuration pack and
deploy it on ground.
Raising TAC cases with OEMs and drive the resolution of complex incidents
Coordinating with the fault management teams of the CSPs for the resolution of access link
issues
Working directly with OEMs for upgrades for EoL/EoS based Life Cycle Management.
Designing and implementing the final fix for resolving the complex incidents in coordination with
OEMs or CSPs.
Representing the Operations team in architectural and roadmap discussions along with the
customer
Analyzing the technological advancement in the industry and acting as the technical advisor to
the customer
Assisting the Major Incident resolution by actively participating in the process.

What you need to have:
- Strong academic credentials from a Tier 1 institution
- 3+ years of Tier I investment banking or consulting or investments experience
- Significant understanding of the fintech and financial services space

- Bonus: South East Asian market knowledge or experience
- Extremely high analytical skills and first-principles led problem-solving attitude
- Expertise in business modeling, PowerPoint/deck creation, and pitching to key stakeholders - internal and external

**Requirements**
- 3-5 years experience in backend development, preferably on JavaScript
- Experience in JS based frameworks such as NodeJS, ReactJS, TypeScript
- Solid understanding of OOPS , RDBMS , NoSQl databases and concepts
- Familiar with building web applications and hosting.
- Should be aware of Unix based OSes, and be able to manage command line scripting and other shell commands.
