📈 Key Responsibilities

● Lead implementation of Jodo in partner institutes

○ Own the entire process of onboarding a partner institute

○ Define ‘custom made’ offerings for the parents of a particular institute ○ Single point of contact between the Jodo institute partnerships team, institute management and Jodo inside sales team

● Account management:

Be responsible for ‘anything and everything’ in the partner institutes

○ Be responsible for parent outreach in the institutes

○ Strategize and execute plans for customer acquisition along with the management – events, referrals etc.

○ P&L owner of allocated accounts

○ Take lead in selling and implementing Jodo’s full suite of financial and payment solutions in the partner institutes

📃Requirements

● 1-3 years of experience in project management, operations, revenue growth

● Freshers from top tier colleges (IITs, NITs, BITS etc.)

● Track record of outperformance / over-achieving targets in previous workplaces

Candidate Evaluation and Selection:

• Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews.
• Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Perform reference checks and background checks.
• Manage the interview process and provide timely feedback to candidates.

2. Designing the visual identity of digital products.
3. Implementing strategy of typography, iconography, colors, layout
4. Creating responsive design comps on the basis of wireframes
5. Asking smart questions, taking risks and championing new ideas
6. Bringing expert opinion on best-practices, patterns and trends
7. Translating high-level explicit and latent requirements into functional user interfaces
8. Presenting designs and articulating design decisions
9. Communicating design rationale and maintaining consistency throughout the project
10. Executing designs as a part of software development teams

Primary Role

• Analysis and Design activities as required by project
• Software development as per project schedule
• Troubleshooting and Debugging as required for bug fixing
• Source code version maintenance in version control software
• Prepare and execute unit test cases
• Unit testing of the application to ensure quality release to QA
• Adherence of coding standards while performing development
• Impact analysis of any changes requested by client
• Daily status reporting / progress updates / timesheets

Secondary Role

• Prepare project specific documentation as required by project
• UAT / Implementation support as required by project
• Client interaction and communication as required by project
• Code review and peer testing as required by the project
• Mentor junior developers on the project as required by project

Technical Requirements:

->3 - 6 years of proven working experience in Core Flutter + Android + iOS development and deep proficiency with MySQL, Linux and JavaScript or similar languages.

->Hands on Experience with Firebase, AWS, RDMS, Git

->Relevant Backend experience: Nodejs, Postgres/MySQL Or Algorithms

->Experience with third-party libraries and APIs

->Hands-on engineering experience with modern software stacks, cloud-based platforms, and high-stakes infrastructure.

-> Previous experience of work in early-stage startups is highly preferred.
