Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and creative Fresher Videographer who is eager to learn and grow in video production. The candidate will assist in shooting and editing videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and events under senior team guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in video shoots and basic camera operations
• Support setup of lighting, audio, and equipment
• Edit raw footage into engaging videos
• Help create short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Stories)
• Organize and manage video files
• Follow brand and content guidelines
• Learn and adapt to new video trends and techniques

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of videography and camera handling
• Familiarity with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)
• Creative mindset and eagerness to learn
• Ability to work in a team and take feedback positively
• Basic understanding of social media platforms

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Diploma or degree in Media, Film, or related field
• Internship or college project experience
• Basic photography skills
• Knowledge of Instagram & YouTube content formats

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, goals, and any gaps.
• Lead the planning, prioritization, design, development, and deployment of projects.
• Possesses in-depth knowledge and expertise in Workday Integrations and Workday Extend Platform.
• Support existing Integrations and Extend apps by resolving issues and enhancing to add new functionalities.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Workday Extend and provide guidance to clients and colleagues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and developments using Integrations and Extend.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities and contribute to proposal development.
• Utilize your business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for technical improvements.
• Work with colleagues across various domains to deliver results and take ownership of both individual and team outcomes.
• Recognize and embody our purpose and values, applying them in your projects and client interactions.
• Foster relationships and communicate effectively to positively influence peers and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in Workday HCM and 2 years in Core Compensation is required.
• Hands-on experience in Advanced Compensation is a big plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Good knowledge of HCM security.
• Basic understanding of Workday reporting and its relationship with HCM domain.
• Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to establish relationships with stakeholders and internal teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Preferred Time zone: Crossover with Central European Time zone or Eastern Standard Time Zone.

Job Overview:

You will work in engineering and development teams to integrate and develop cloud solutions and virtualized deployment of software as a service product. This will require understanding the software system architecture function as well as performance and security requirements. The DevOps Engineer is also expected to have expertise in available cloud solutions and services, administration of virtual machine clusters, performance tuning and configuration of cloud computing resources, the configuration of security, scripting and automation of monitoring functions. This position requires the deployment and management of multiple virtual clusters and working with compliance organizations to support security audits. The design and selection of cloud computing solutions that are reliable, robust, extensible, and easy to migrate are also important.

Experience:

• Experience working on billing and budgets for a GCP project - MUST
• Experience working on optimizations on GCP based on vendor recommendations - NICE TO HAVE
• Experience in implementing the recommendations on GCP
• Architect Certifications on GCP - MUST
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) - MUST
• Excellent documentation skills on processes and steps and instructions- MUST
• At least 2 years of experience on GCP.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering OR Equivalent.
• Extensive scripting or programming experience (Shell Script, Python).
• Extensive experience working with CI/CD (e.g. Jenkins).
• Extensive experience working with GCP, Azure, or Cloud Foundry.
• Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, elastic search).
• Must have 2 years of minimum experience with GCP certification.
