Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our dynamic team as International Voice Process Executives. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls from/to international customers, providing excellent customer service, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
• Provide information about products and services, respond to customer queries, and resolve issues effectively.
• Ensure timely and professional follow-up on customer issues.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency.
• Strive to achieve customer satisfaction and ensure positive feedback.

• 1-year bond commitment required
• Minimum 6 months of Experience required in an International BPO/ Call centre.

• Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently.
• Night shift only.
• The shift timings will be 7.30 PM to 4.30 AM.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders and fellow developers.
• Design and implement Python code using the Django framework.
• Identify and fix bottlenecks that may arise from inefficient code.
• Identify and fix software bugs.
• Create a wide variety of unit tests to verify the functionality of the software.
• Manage the security of the platform.
• Write detailed documentation around the code.

Skills

• Able to use Postman, JIRA or similar tools

• Knowledge of Python's threading constraints and multi-process architecture
• Solid knowledge of server-side templating languages such as Jinja 2, Mako, etc.

This person MUST have:

• BE Computer Science, MCA or equivalent
• Cloud app development experience
• Strong Django and ReactJS experience
• Advanced knowledge of Python and relational databases
• Understanding of APIs, pagination, searching, sorting 
• Experience with building, modifying and extending API endpoints (REST or

GraphQL) for data retrieval and persistence.

• Creating high performance UI etc.
• Experience with SQL and NOSQL databases

• Experience with the full software development life cycle, including requirements

collection, design, implementation, testing, and operational support.

• Experience with scrum or other agile software development methodology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork, decision making and

influencing skills.

Location

• Remotely, anywhere in India

Timings:

• 40 hours a week but with 4 hours a day overlapping with client timezone. 
  Typically clients are in California PST Timezone.
