As an Instructional Design Apprentice, you will provide support in creating a broad range of creative materials including documents, presentations, eLearnings, newsletters, flyers, videos, and other media to assist our training team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, contact, and manage vendors to ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Generate and process Requests for Quotations (RFQs); coordinate vendor confirmations and responses.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and Proforma Invoices (PIs) with accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material availability to prevent shortages or excess.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procurement records—contracts, invoices, delivery notes, and orders.
• Conduct quality checks during incoming inspections to ensure material compliance and standards.
• Coordinate with vendors for quality certificates, compliance documents, and regulatory adherence.
• Collaborate closely with internal engineering, production, and finance teams to align procurement activities with project goals.

Position Summary 

We are seeking a dedicated Auto Transport Logistics Coordinator (Dispatcher) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, mathematical, and logical thinking skills, and be capable of working under pressure. This role involves managing loads, planning routes, and communicating effectively with various stakeholders. We will provide comprehensive training, so prior experience in logistics or auto transport is not required. Applicants should be well-equipped (high-speed internet, a working device with two screens) to work remotely and have excellent English proficiency (at least B2 level). 

Job Title: Auto Transport Logistics Coordinator (Dispatcher). 

Location: Remote (initially for 2-3 months), then onsite Bangalore, India. 

Working Hours: 5 days a week, Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (New York Time), with a 1-hour lunch break. Off on Sundays and one additional day per week as per the rotating schedule. 

Salary: The base salary is $600 plus bonus. After two months, the base salary will increase to $800, with the potential to earn up to $1,200 through Performance-Based Incentives. 

We are looking for candidates to join our team starting on April at 8:00 AM EST (New York Time). 

Key Responsibilities - 

• Load Management: 
• Locate and secure loads for transport using various load boards and internal systems. 
• Evaluate and select the best loads based on profitability, route efficiency, and driver availability. 

• Route Planning: 
• Plan and optimize routes for drivers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries. 
• Monitor and adjust routes as necessary to accommodate changes or issues. 

• Coordination and Communication: 
• Communicate with pickup and delivery locations to confirm schedules and ensure smooth operations. 
• Act as a liaison between drivers and brokers to coordinate load details and resolve any issues. 

• Paperwork and Documentation: 
• Prepare and manage all necessary paperwork for each transport, including bills of lading, shipping orders, and delivery receipts. 
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date in the system. 

• Order Creation and Management: 
• Enter orders into internal and external systems. 
• Track and manage orders throughout the transport process to ensure timely completion. 

• Problem Resolution: 
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during the transport process, including delays, cancellations, and customer complaints. 
• Provide solutions and alternatives to minimize disruptions and maintain customer satisfaction. 

• Compliance and Safety: 
• Ensure all transport operations comply with relevant regulations and safety standards. 
• Stay updated on industry regulations and company policies. 

Qualifications and Skills 

• High school diploma or equivalent, additional logistics or transportation-related training is a plus. 
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. 
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure. 
• Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork and documentation. 
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

We're seeking a qualified sales associate to sell annual car and bike Scotty subscription products that our customers have grown to rely on.

• The sales associate will utilize their skills to generate high-quality leads, build strong relationships with customers, and close deals.
• The ideal candidate has skills and demonstrates the ability to showcase our offerings compellingly.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend appropriate solutions, negotiate with clients to help them move down the sales funnel.
• Record client feedback and maintain a customer database.

• Developing and maintaining all server-side network components.
• Ensuring optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests.
• Collaborating with front-end developers on the integration of elements.
• Designing customer-facing UI and back-end services for various business processes.

Node.js Developer Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or similar.
• At least two years' experience as a Node.js developer.
• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks.

Job Roles & Responsiblities:

• 4+ years of experience in .NET Core, C#, EF Core, SQL Server, Rest API, MVC, Webform
• Good to have exposure in Azure & Azure DevOps
• Strong Experience in Micro Services Architecture.
• Cloud Azure
• Azure Kubernetes
• Knowledge of Docker is advantageous
• SOLID Principles
• Good to have exp in SonarCloud
• Should have team leading experience

Job Requirements :

- Advanced Javascript, CSS, HTML 5, Sass, Less, JSON, DOM Concepts

- Candidate should have 2-3 years of regular working experience.

- Must have expertise in React js, Redux, node js, ExpressJS MongoDB, MySql, NoSQL Flux,

javascript html5 core concepts.

-Fluent in responsive design and mobile / tablet UI / UX, HTML5, CSS3 along with

bootstrap

-UI Performance: should have hands-on experience of optimizing page load, rendering,

caching.

- Familiarity and experience with Container architecture - Docker/Jenkins and build scripts,

help maintain code quality, organisation, and automation

- Must have done multiple projects using React js, Redux, node js, and MongoDB with

Cross browser/device compatibility.

-Working Knowledge of common Javascript Libraries such as jQuery.

-Working understanding of Webpack, Babel & other pre-processing tools.

-Good Understanding of REST Apis

-Good understanding of AJAX and its UI implications

- Good knowledge of events handling in client-side and server-side.

- Good knowledge of code versioning tools, such as Git/bitbucket

- Good logical and mathematical programming skills with good communication skills.

- At Least 2-3 live projects

- NodeJS knowledge is a plus

-Good hands-on experience with ES6 & knowledge of the upcoming syntax of ECMAScript.

-Huge plus if you have experience in working with state management libraries like Redux, MobX etc. in React.js.
