We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager & Trainer who can take on a dual role—driving client projects while also conducting classes for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Agency Work
- Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing strategies.
- Oversee paid ad campaigns for clients as well as institute promotions.
- Work on lead generation campaigns for both student admissions and client acquisition.
- Manage and mentor a small team of digital marketing executives/interns.
- Create monthly reports, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
- Collaborate with the academic and sales teams to align marketing strategies.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and apply best practices.
Education & Training
- Conduct engaging training sessions and classes on digital marketing topics such as SEO, SEM, social media, content strategy, and analytics.
- Design and deliver course material, including curriculum, slide decks, assignments, and assessments.
- Mentor students individually, provide constructive feedback, and guide them through practical, real-world projects.
- Monitor student performance, attendance, and learning outcomes to ensure consistent progress.
- Contribute to the institute’s growth by supporting admission campaigns, student lead generation, and promotional activities.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid campaign platforms.
- Prior teaching or training experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Ability to balance both client-facing responsibilities and classroom training.

Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Preparation:
- Gather data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and APIs.
- Clean, validate, and transform data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient data processing.
- Data Analysis and Interpretation:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Perform statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to validate findings.
- Develop and implement data models and algorithms to support analysis.
- Create visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare and present data-driven reports and dashboards to communicate findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Clearly articulate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Database Management:
- Assist in the design and maintenance of databases.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.

Job Description:
1) work with Research & Analysis team to build our email templates (ensuring concise, engaging content and consistency with our brand guidelines)
2) curate and test templates and content to find winning variants for performance
3) make recommendations for performance and optimisation based on competetive intelligence gathered
4) conducting market research to better comprehend prevailing consumer behaviors\
5) reviewing our former campaigns to ascertain areas of strength and weakness, which could inform subsequent outputs
6) creating well-written copy that is free from mistakes
7) work to improve the appearance layout of outputs
8) maintaining a database of customers who have opted to receive our correspondence
9) monitoring and reporting on the utility of each campaign
Key Skills & Experience Required :
- Specific skills – HTML, CSS, Email Testing (Litmus), SendGrid API,
- Experience with Klaviyo / Mail Chimp / Zoho
- Previous experience with email templating and scheduling preferred
- Degree in marketing management, advertising, communications, or similar.
- Proven experience creating high-impact, unique marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with pertinent automation and performance evaluation software.
- Outstanding copywriting and copyediting abilities.
