As a Manager in our Performance Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving growth of APAC & North America regions through digital marketing. This team is a key driver of growth for Headout and is responsible for acquiring customers and generating demand for our vast collection of experiences and destinations. This is a key role for our overall company growth and profitability.
As Performance Marketing Manager, you will:
- 1. Manage all paid user acquisition channels for APAC & North America. This includes: Responsible to deliver ROI & GBV targets for your regions and growing these each quarter

- Competitive benchmarking
- Building stronger engagement loops and cross-channel campaign strategies
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in managing SEM campaigns at scale
- 2+ years of experience in managing a team
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Strong learning curve
- Data-driven decision making
- Able to effectively organize, prioritize & manage their time
- Experience with Automations is a big plus
1. Conduct market research to find answers
2. Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
3. Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, event planning, etc.)
4. Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
5. Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
6. Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, email, TV, etc.)
7. Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
8. Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned

• Hands on experience in Blog posting, Guest Posting, Comment posting, Forum posting,Social Bookmarking submission, Directory submissions, Blog Submission, Article submission,
• Experience in Business Listing, Profile Link, Article formatting,
• 2-way link exchange, 3-way link exchange,
• Should have work experience as an SEO executive role, minimum 1 year
- Plan, monitor and execute organic Social media growth strategies on all relevant social media platforms for the company and its clients.
- Excellent and confident communicator to be able to understand and convey the strategies, and plan to the client and internal team.
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts
- Write content for marketing and website
- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics)
- Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
- Developing and optimizing quality paid advertising campaigns across various networks such as Google Ads & Google Shopping, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn and more. TikTok & Snapchat Ads are a bonus.
- Skills and experience in creative content writing (Important)
- Fair understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Working knowledge of Internet and SAAS tools like Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc
- Exposure to SEO concepts
- Exposure to web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, etc)
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
• Curate Content around Photography
• Ideate, Plan & Execute marketing campaigns via multiple channels - Email, social media, Google etc.
• Collaborate with design team to prepare high quality collateral
• Track performance metrics for channels like Email (bounce rate etc.), Search (CAC, CPC etc.) & prepare detailed reports
• Coordinate with teams to prepare & maintain sales pipeline internally
Required Skills
• Highly analytical mindset with a strong understanding of key SaaS metrics
• Strong inclination towards marketing/growth of tech products
• Conceptual understanding of product marketing & its core elements
• Creative in suggesting design & content changes to content copies based on the campaigns
• Ability to work under aggressively growing environment
• Humility and constant drive to learn new things
• Experience in preparing growth strategies for clients will be a big plus - not mandatory though
• Develop strong and innovative digital marketing strategies, using SEO, PPC
• drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in company products and services
• Create engaging written, graphic, and video content while staying up to date on latest marketing technologies and social media.
