Strong Senior Solutions Engineer (Pre-Sales) Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 5+ years of relevant experience in pre-sales solution engineering in a B2B SaaS environment

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have hands-on experience conducting technical discovery sessions, client demos, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) with enterprise or mid-market clients

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have experience in solutioning, configuring, and implementing techical demos of SaaS products

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have strong understanding of APIs and SaaS architecture

Mandatory (Company) - B2B SaaS

Mandatory (Graduation Year): Candidates should have graduated in 2018 or before.

Mandatory (CTC) - Candidates current CTC should not be less than 20L.

Main duties/responsibilities

• Design & implement good quality software and databases as per the software specification.
• Participate in effort estimations.
• Participate in design discussions and own module designs.
• Effective troubleshooting of technical issues and bugs.
• Package deployment and release management.
• Provides technical support to customers.
• Provides training and guidance to the new developers and junior team members.
• Participate in Requirement discussions.
• Participate in Project related meetings if required.

Technical Knowledge

• Hands on experience in Angular ,HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Hands on experience in Node.js.
• Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
• RDBMS and Document Database.
• Hand on experience in AWS services, DevOps, GIT, Agile and Jira will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in the relevant field.

About the Role:

Lentra AI Pvt. Ltd looking for a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to the software development life cycle, from design and development to testing, release and maintenance. Software Developer responsibilities include building web application modules and testing features before release. If you have hands-on experience developing software with agile methodologies and are ready to lead our junior developers, we'd like to meet you. • Role: Will be responsible for implementation and support of business processes w.r.t. Supply chain, planning,  warehouse and production. • Education : B.Com/BE/BTech

• Administers overall setup, configuration and maintenance of the Salesforce.com platform for the various divisions
• Performs system administration functions such as user management (profiles and roles), field and validation rule configuration, record types, picklists, page layout management, mobile setup, data management, email templates, folder management, and public groups, as well as other configuration items
• Validation rules, Reports, Workflow, Process Builder as per business requirements
• Responsible to analyze, troubleshoot and solve the delivery/production (tier 2 or tier 3) team reported issues.
• Partner with Product Development to resolve customer reported bugs.
• Ability to reliably and correctly estimate your time to resolve technical problems and a clear understanding of your limitations for escalation purposes.
