Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly adaptable Technical Project Manager to take ownership of technical delivery, resource management, and client communication. This role requires a strong technical background and hands-on experience in development, coupled with management expertise to lead teams and deliver projects. You must be able to thrive in a small, agile company where flexibility and a hands-on approach are key.

Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, Java, REST APIs, GraphQL, ReactJS, Node.js, MySQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, CI/CD, and AWS is preferred. You will be responsible for code reviews, deployments, and overall project success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership & Code Reviews:

• Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices in quality, security, and performance.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to development teams.
• Expertise in PHP, Laravel, Java, REST APIs, GraphQL, ReactJS, Node.js, and databases such as MySQL, NoSQL, MongoDB.

1. Client Management:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients.
• Convert client needs into technical deliverables.
• Provide updates and manage client expectations throughout the project.

1. Resource & Task Management:

• Efficiently allocate resources and manage teams to optimize productivity.
• Oversee task planning and execution using Agile or Scrum frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional team efforts.

1. Project Delivery & Deployments:

• Take full ownership of project delivery, from planning to deployment and post-launch support.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes on AWS.
• Ensure timely and quality project completion.

1. AWS Management:

• Manage AWS environments, ensuring scalability and cost-efficiency.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure and server configurations.

1. Time & Task Prioritization:

• Manage team schedules and ensure that deadlines are met.
• Foster effective time management and prioritize tasks within the team.

1. Flexibility in a Small Company:

• Adapt to the dynamic needs of a small company and wear multiple hats when needed.
• Be flexible in managing shifting priorities and demonstrate a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 6-10 years of experience in IT development, with expertise in PHP, Laravel, Java, REST APIs, GraphQL, ReactJS, Node.js, MySQL, NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, AWS management, and deployments.
• At least 2 years of experience in team and client management.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work in a small company environment, showing adaptability and flexibility.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

What you'll actually be doing

• Manage client relationships, ensuring metrics are delivered from Google/LinkedIn ads to clients
• Monitor key metrics daily, addressing performance issues and guiding team to be on track
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver results on time
• Lead and manage all client meetings/communications with data-backed insights and recommendations
• Manage team execution across all client campaigns

Requirements

• 3+ years in a performance marketing agency
• Proven expertise with Google Ads and LinkedIn advertising platforms
• Strong client relationship management skills

Main tasks

• Test preparation (test design, creation of test specifications and test cases for regression tests and tests of new and further developments)
• Sprint-accompanying testing in the Scrum team
• Test evaluation / documentation of the test results
• Further development of existing test automation processes
• Close cooperation with the SOL business unit and the test departments at other locations

Qualification profile

• Completed degree or comparable training with an IT background
• Affinity and many years of experience in systematic testing of software products
• Excellent ability to work in a team and an independent, structured way of working
• Practical knowledge of the application of test methods and quality management standards as well as test automation knowledge are advantageous
• Fluent in English

• The candidate should have B.Tech or M.Tech in Electronics/Electrical/VLSI Design Engineering
• The candidate should have relevant work experience of 7-16 years in Analog and SERDES IO IP design e.g. GPIOs, Thermal Sensor, PLL, ADC/DAC/ Voltage regulators/LDOs, AIB, HBMIO, DDR, HDMI/DP IO, MIPI IO etc.
