Role Overview:
This is a completely non-technical role focused on data extraction and refinement. The selected candidate will be responsible for collecting prospect and company information from various online sources and organizing it in a clean, structured format so that the Sales/BDE team can directly use it for outreach via Email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search and extract company and decision-maker data from online sources
- Compile and organize raw data into structured Excel/Google Sheets
- Clean and refine data (remove duplicates, correct errors, verify details)
- Prepare ready-to-use lead lists for the Sales/BDE team
- Segment data based on industry, designation, geography, etc. and Maintain updated records and ensure data accuracy
- Work closely with the Business Development team to understand data requirements
Requirements:
- Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in Data Entry / Data Research / Back-office roles
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets and Good internet research skills

Strong Product Designer, with focus on B2C Products
Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 6+ YOE in Product Design (both UI and UX) with atleast 3+ years in B2C companies
Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience building or working with highly scaled Design systems
Mandatory (Skills): Must have strong knowledge and experience of design with Ai tools(Figma Cloud, Chatgpt)
Mandatory (Portfolio): Must have strong product design portfolio of Good B2C Products, with at least 2 detailed case studies
Mandatory (Company): B2C Product companies, B2B experience with prior exposure to B2C is also acceptable (High scaled company, mostly unicorns)
