Position: Data Research Executive – Business Development Department

Location: Indore (Onsite)

Experience: Fresher to 6 months

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview:

This is a completely non-technical role focused on data extraction and refinement. The selected candidate will be responsible for collecting prospect and company information from various online sources and organizing it in a clean, structured format so that the Sales/BDE team can directly use it for outreach via Email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and extract company and decision-maker data from online sources
• Compile and organize raw data into structured Excel/Google Sheets
• Clean and refine data (remove duplicates, correct errors, verify details)
• Prepare ready-to-use lead lists for the Sales/BDE team
• Segment data based on industry, designation, geography, etc. and Maintain updated records and ensure data accuracy
• Work closely with the Business Development team to understand data requirements

Requirements:

• Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in Data Entry / Data Research / Back-office roles
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets and Good internet research skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• No technical or coding skills required

Strong Product Designer, with focus on B2C Products

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 6+ YOE in Product Design (both UI and UX) with atleast 3+ years in B2C companies

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience building or working with highly scaled Design systems

Mandatory (Skills): Must have strong knowledge and experience of design with Ai tools(Figma Cloud, Chatgpt)

Mandatory (Portfolio): Must have strong product design portfolio of Good B2C Products, with at least 2 detailed case studies

Mandatory (Company): B2C Product companies, B2B experience with prior exposure to B2C is also acceptable (High scaled company, mostly unicorns)

Mandatory (Stability): Must have stayed for a minimum of 2 years with each of the previous companies

Mandatory (Leadership): Must have atleast 2 years of experience leading a team of designers

Mandatory (Note): CV must have portfolio link with at least 2 detailed case study

Preferred

Preferred (Education): Graduate from Tier-1 colleges (IIT, NID, NIFT, BITS etc)

Preferred (Skills 1): Experience in subscription-based or marketplace products, CRO, and international market localization

Preferred (Skills 2): Exposure to AI-powered personalization and recommendation systems

Strong sales executive profile

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 3+ years of hands-on B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably selling subscription-based products or platforms

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience in doing end to end Hunting / New Business Acquisition, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have experience of managing the complete sales cycle independently — research, outreach, client meetings, solution pitching, proposal handling, and closing.

Mandatory (Experience 4): Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills with experience engaging with mid to senior-level stakeholders

Mandatory (Experience 5): Experience in pipeline building & CRM usage, maintaining accurate forecasts, sales funnel tracking, and performance reporting.

Mandatory Experience (6): Prior experience working in the Rewards, Loyalty, or Incentives space.

Mandatory (Company): B2B SaaS Product companies

Language Requirement: Tamil language proficiency is mandatory.

Mandatory(Exclusion) : Profiles with Only EdTech background will not be considered.Preferred (Consultative Selling): Strong listening skills with the ability to understand client business challenges and position SaaS solutions accordingly.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical processes and designs with a focus on reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s or equivalent experience preferred.

• Minimum of 6 years of related experience.

• 6+ years of active development experience in Java/J2EE-based applications.

• Expertise in Hibernate, JPA, Spring, and Spring MVC.

• Exposure to XML/XSD, JSON, and similar data presentation components.

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems.

• Experience developing and working with REST APIs using the Spring Boot framework.

• Knowledge of IBM MQ and messaging protocols like JMS.

• Proficiency in Unix/Linux OS and shell scripting.

• Strong database and PL/SQL skills.

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GIT, Jenkins, JoCoCo, and Maven.

• UI framework experience with Angular, NodeJS, and NPM is a plus.

• Familiarity with CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and related UI frameworks (jQuery, React, Angular) is a plus.

• Understanding of Agile development methodology.

• Strong industry expertise with containerization technologies including kubernetes (EKS/AKS), Kubeflow
• Experience with cloud platform services such as AWS, Azure or GCP especially with EKS, Managed Kafka
• 5+ Industry experience in python

Responsibilities

• Architect, Design and Implement Large scale data processing pipelines using Kafka Streams, PySpark, Fluentd and Druid
• Create custom Operators for Kubernetes, Kubeflow
• Develop data ingestion processes and ETLs
• Assist in dev ops operations
• Design and Implement APIs
• Identify performance bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and documentation

• He shall be responsible to make them aware of their job role and responsibilities.
• He shall be responsible to send eligible candidates to this office through the HR Coordinators.
