• Provide Tier 2/3 technical product support to internal and external stakeholders. 
• Develop automation tools and scripts to improve operational efficiency and support processes. 
• Manage and maintain system and software configurations; troubleshoot environment/application-related issues. 
• Optimize system performance through configuration tuning or development enhancements. 
• Plan, document, and deploy applications in Unix/Linux, Azure, and GCP environments. 
• Collaborate with Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams throughout the release and deployment of lifecycles. 
• Drive automation initiatives for release and deployment processes. 
• Coordinate with infrastructure teams to manage hardware/software resources, maintenance, and scheduled downtimes across production and non-production environments. 
• Participate in on-call rotations (minimum one week per month) to address critical incidents and off-hour maintenance tasks.

A Creative Designer is an individual who takes direction, turns concepts into visuals, communicates with other team members, and implements feedback to create a final product. At times, a Creative Designer may brainstorm and implement their own unique ideas.

On a given day, a Creative Designer will spend time:

● Storyboarding, editing, composting, rendering, and other post-production processes.

● Brainstorming and developing campaigns while working with the marketing team

● Remaining flexible in dealing with changing schedules and multiple points of view.

● Curating motion graphics videos whenever needed

● Turning ideas into a comprehensive creative brief

● Working on layouts and the overall presentation of a campaign

● Ideating and assembling recorded/raw footage into a finished project that is suitable for digital consumption.

● Providing files to necessary vendors like a digital printer etc.

● Input music, video commentary, subtitles, graphics, and effects.

A Creative Designer has some sort of expertise in:

● Adobe Creative Suite.

● Blender/Cinema 4D or any other 3D software would be an added advantage.

● Keeping up with new trends, pop culture, and memes.

● Bringing elements together, like color, imagery, and text, to convey a message.

Skill(s) required:

● Adobe Creative Suite, 3D animation, 2D animation.

Sr Product Manager / Lead Product Manager – Data Platform

Description:

At Amagi we are looking for a product leader to build world class big data and analytics platform to help our teams in making data driven decisions and to accelerate our business outcomes.

We are looking for someone who is innovative and experienced in end-to-end product management to drive our long-term data and analytics strategy.

The ideal candidate would be responsible for owning product roadmap and KPIs, driving product operational tasks to ensure configurable and scalable solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the product requirements to build real time, highly scalable, low latency data platform.
• Author PRD and define the strategic roadmap.
• Lead the Product design, MVPs and POCs and fast track deliveries
• Collaborate with various functions and design the most effective solutions.
• Understand customer needs and define the data solutions and insights to drive business outcomes
• Define key product performance metrices to drive business and customer outcomes

Basic Qualification

• 12+ years of overall SDLC experience with 7+ years of product management experience in fast paced company.
• Proven experience delivering large scale highly available big data processing systems.
• Knowledge of data pipeline design, data transformation and integration methodologies.
• Technically savvy with experience in big data systems like AWS, RedShift, Athena, Kafka and related technologies
