Position Summary: As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in driving lead generation and optimizing performance marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:

• Identify and target potential customers through various digital channels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand target audience profiles and tailor lead generation efforts accordingly.
• Utilize social media, email marketing, content marketing, and other online platforms to generate high-quality leads.

1. Performance Marketing:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement A/B testing to refine ad copy, creative, and targeting strategies.

1. Content Creation:

• Contribute to the creation of engaging and compelling content for digital marketing campaigns.
• Brainstorm ideas for concept on new campaigns
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure alignment between content and performance marketing goals.

1. Analytics and Reporting:

• Compile and analyze data from various sources to generate reports on campaign performance.
• Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve overall digital marketing effectiveness.

1. Research and Stay Updated:

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
• Research and recommend new approaches to enhance lead generation and performance marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, lead generation, and performance marketing.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Required Skills (Technical):
