Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager with a strong technical background to lead and manage technology-driven projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, or fintech solutions. You will be responsible for overseeing project lifecycles, coordinating between technical teams and stakeholders, and ensuring timely and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure clear communication across teams, bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance and adjust resources as needed to meet deadlines.
• Oversee documentation, reporting, and compliance with best practices.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum methodologies where applicable.

Requirements:

• Technical Background: A degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in project management within a tech-driven environment.
• Project Management Skills: Strong ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively.
• Technical Expertise: Understanding of software development, cloud technologies, APIs, and system architecture.
• Leadership & Communication: Strong ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and communicate across various departments.
• Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management practices.
• Tools: Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle challenges proactively and make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM are a plus.
• Experience managing fintech or SaaS projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, or cybersecurity is a bonus.

The primary role of Service Desk Analyst is providing first level support through calls/web/chat/Email and handling the resulting incidents or Service Requests using the incident management and Service request fulfilment processes in line with Service Desk objectives.

Project/Process:

• Responsible for service Request fulfillment, Incident Mgmt (First level resolution) for the End User queries via Avaya call, web tool and mailing/chat system within the agreed service level and defined guidelines.
• Acts as Incident Analyst/Service Request Analyst and responsible for the Day-to-day operation of the Incident Management/Service Request management process.
• Record all End user transactions in Remedy ticketing tool.
• Responsible for handling tickets and capturing quality information by following ticket handling process as defined in Runbook
• Responsible for maintaining SLA/KPI‘s for self.
• Responsible for providing quality deliverables and enhancing customer satisfaction
• Escalate issues to Leads (if unable to resolve, solutions not in database, new issues, unhappy End User, complaint, Demanding End User)
• Contribution to knowledge management by updating/creating the knowledge articles
• Adherence to security and compliance requirements

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 4+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on e-commerce solutions.
3. Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and SQL Server.
4. Extensive experience working with the nopCommerce platform, including customization, plugin development, and theme integration.
5. Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
6. Experience with version control systems such as Git.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
9. Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
