Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Trainer, located in Dharmapuri. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering technical training sessions, conducting needs assessments, creating training materials, and presenting complex technical information in an understandable way. The role also includes collaborating with other departments to identify training needs, tracking the effectiveness of training programs, and continually improving training methods to ensure the highest quality education for participants.

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Software Engineer to drive the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable B2B products from our Bangalore office. This role requires a strong hands-on technologist who can lead a team of engineers, make sound architectural decisions, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, DevOps, and Customer Success teams.

As a Sr. Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of our platform, ensuring high-quality engineering practices, and delivering enterprise-grade solutions to our customers. This job can quickly grow into a Technical Lead position.

**Key Responsibilities**

🔹 Technical Leadership

Own end-to-end technical architecture and system design for core product modules.

Drive scalable, secure, and high-performance backend and frontend solutions.

Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.

Evaluate and introduce new technologies where appropriate.

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 5–6 engineers.

**Required Qualifications**

4+ years of software development experience in product-based companies.

Strong experience with modern backend technologies (e.g., Java, Node.js, Python, or similar technologies).

Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or similar).

Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL).

Experience building scalable B2B SaaS products.

**Preferred Qualifications**

Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture.

Familiarity with enterprise integrations (SSO, APIs, third-party systems).

Experience handling high-scale systems with large enterprise clients.

Exposure to security and compliance standards (ISO, SOC2, GDPR).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy services to improve the availability, ease of use/management, and visibility of 6sense systems
• Architecting, building, and scaling out our services and infrastructure
• Learning and adopting technologies that may aide in solving our challenges
• Own our systems like our Hadoop and Presto clusters, front/back-end services, build configurations, infrastructure components, deployment of services into our infrastructure, and everything in between
• Write/review/debug production code, develop documentation and capacity plans, and debug live production problems
• Contributing back to open-source projects if we need to add or patch functionality
• Support the overall Software Engineering team to resolve any issues they encounter

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years in a Software Engineering role or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of experience with Linux/Unix system administration and networking fundamentals
• Strong skills in reading code as well as writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• Good knowledge of Python and Java
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable services and/or service-oriented architecture

Bonus Requirements:

• Experience with modern configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible, Chef, Puppet) and idempotency

Role: HCM Oracle Cloud Implementation

JD:

Expereince in Data extraction from Oracle HCM EBS and Data load through HDL in Oracle HCM cloud

•            Experience on multiple full lifecycle Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud implementation projects or similar ERP/SaaS/in-house applications

•            Required to have at least 3 to 4 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle Recruitment Cloud or similar Cloud products

•         Experience in configuring workforce compensation plans
•        Experience with creating compensation change statement and should be able to create security roles
•        Experience in HDL and fast formula

•            Experience working with global users and teams

•            Work with business users and identify business requirements, conduct CRP workshops, etc.

•            Work with offshore team

•            Confirm unit testing of reports, interfaces, data conversion and extensions (workflow, triggers, forms, etc.)

•            Support solution validation in the phases of SIT, UAT and Go Live

Requirement for Python Developer

Require more than 3 years of hands-on experience with Python and associated third-party libraries.
