We are looking for a Salesforce Integration Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP Integration Suite and Salesforce integrations. The ideal candidate should have worked on multiple integration projects and be comfortable handling end-to-end implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems
• Work on SAP Integration Suite (CPI) for building and managing integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand integration requirements
• Ensure data consistency and smooth data flow across systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
• Maintain documentation for integration processes

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in Salesforce integrations
• Hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI)
• Experience working on 2–3 Salesforce integration projects
• Strong understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware, and integration patterns
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills

Good to Have

• Experience with third-party integration tools

● It takes an engineer to understand an engineer. You should (until recently) have been an active developer.

Communication is the key to success. You should be able to convey your ideas to engineers and non-engineers alike with ease and clarity.

● As a leader, it’s imperative that you understand what the team is working on. A strong grasp over the fundamentals of APIs, web backends and browser frameworks will hold you in good stead. Nice to Have Skills

Responsibilities

• Guide the team : Help the junior engineers to unblock them and guide them on best design practices. Help in code reviewing on a regular basis.
• Responsible for code delivery : Pushing deploys on a constant basis. When working in a growth stage company, this part can be challenging as the speed of requirements is high. You will need to make sure you are able to push code on a regular basis.
• Design & Architecture : You need to have technical expertise in the company's tech stack and in general the frontend or backend infrastructures.
• Prepare thorough technical documentation which can be used as a reference by other engineers.
• Own your product : You will be responsible for the success / failure of your team and the product. You will need to work with cross functional teams, understand their requirements and make sure that everybody is on the same page.

Requirements

• Past experience of working for tier 1 / vc funded companies.
• 3+ years of commercial work experience in the relevant domains.
