ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a senior brand strategist professional, who can help us deliver innovative strategic directions that benefit our client’s business with measurable results. The candidate should have thorough knowledge and experience in the methods and application of tools to deliver an effective programme. Candidates should have experience with both mass and premium brands as well as FMCG, durables, and service categories.

Experience with digital-first or digitally marketed brands is an advantage that we look forward to.

ROLES & EXPECTATIONS:

• Drive brand and business strategy processes in our firm.
• Thorough practical knowledge and experience in implementing methods, tools and processes with capabilities to handhold teams to deliver at the highest standards.
• Proficient in conducting research programs to uncover customer and user needs, business and market findings, drawing insights for branding, service and CX design for digital and traditional applications.
• Conduct primary and secondary market research in marketing, sales and consumer experience.
• Programming workshops, conducting them and creating a comprehensive outcome report with insights and recommendations.
• Bring an idea to life on a whiteboard, articulate it, create systems and deliver.
• Strong understanding of pan-India markets across a wide range of verticals and categories.

Responsibilities

• Leading and directing the work of content produced by content team members 

including text, images, audio, and video. 

• Research, pitch, execute and analyse new content initiatives. 
• Creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the planning, execution, 

optimization, distribution, and amplification of the organization's content. 

• Managing pipelines of in-house and outsourced content creators, analysts, graphic 

designers, videographers, developers, etc. 

• Identifying successful content and mapping out new ways to repurpose the same. 
• Become a part of the ongoing mission to grow organic as a channel 100% every 6 

months over the next 2 years.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze product specs, decompose complicated software systems, and design strategies to test

these systems.

• Work as an Agile team member participating in backlog grooming, sprint planning and task

estimation.

• Devise automation test strategies, expand and maintain test automation for the applications you

support.

• Represent Test Engineering in any technical discussion, decision and design involved during

Required experience:

• 6+ years of experience in Software Testing.

• 4+ years of automation experience testing Web, Mobile applications using Java.

3. Must have prior experience of managing sales/business development North American market
4. MBA (Sales and Marketing) or B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology (Preferred)

Cloud Platform Developer:

• 8 to 12 years of platform development experience with good knowledge on any virtualized platform (VMware ESXi, Linux KVM, Openstack, AWS, etc)
• Candidate must understand how to instantiate/provision/package VMs on cloud platforms – OVF/OVA, qcow2, etc.
• Strong in Shell and Python scripting; Knowledge of Apache Maven is plus.
• Knowledge of Ansible or Terraform will be useful
• Knowledge of Rift.io / Open source MANO / Restful APIs will be plus
• Good knowledge of Linux OS fundamentals – IPCs (sockets, shared memory, etc), multi-threading, Semaphores, IP routing, etc.
• Experience of working in an agile software development environment is critical
• Exposure to multiple aspect of product lifecycle process including requirement gathering, functional specification, design, development, testing, and maintenance.
