Key Responsibilities:

1- Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify websites and eCommerce stores.

2- Build and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

3- Integrate third-party apps, plugins, and APIs.

4- Create responsive, user-friendly, and high-performing storefronts.

5- Optimize website speed, performance, and overall user experience.

6- Collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams to implement UI/UX enhancements.

7- Troubleshoot technical issues and stay updated with the latest Shopify trends.

Required Skills:

1- Strong experience with the Shopify platform and Shopify Liquid.

2- Expertise in Shopify theme development and customization.

3- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development.

4- Experience with API integrations and third-party Shopify apps.

5- Good understanding of eCommerce best practices and website optimization.

Job Description

Strong experience with PHP 8 and 7, Symfony Framework, AWS / Azure or GCP, GitLab and Angular and / or React. Additional technologies like Java, Python, Go, Kotlin, Rust or similar are welcome.

Experienced with test driven development and QA Tools like f.e. PHPstan, Deptrac.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment.

Role Description:

Your primary role will be to drive and grow our in-house software expertise. Working with a small software team in India and the UK, you will be responsible in understanding the requirements from various internal teams and taking ownership of software development, including backend database development and any front-end applications that will be developed in the future.
