Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Front-End Developer to join our team. This role involves designing and developing user-friendly, visually appealing websites and applications that align with our brand and enhance our online presence. From creating wireframes based on briefs to the final webpage as well as designing creatives for advertising, this will be a varied and exciting role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web Development: Create and maintain responsive websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web design coding languages.
• Design: Craft visually appealing designs, layouts, and user interfaces that provide an optimal user experience. Designing creatives for visual advertisements and handling all visual design-related tasks for the organisation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to quickly bring websites and designs to life.
• UX/UI Optimization: Continuously improve the usability, design, content, and conversion of our web properties.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure that the design and layout of all web properties align with our brand guidelines and identity.
• Testing and Debugging: Test websites for usability, fixing any bugs, and making improvements.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and collaborating with team members.

Position Overview:

As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative user interfaces and ensuring the seamless integration of design and functionality. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, SCSS, HTML, frontend architecture design, and design concepts

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the design and development teams to translate UI/UX designs into interactive web pages or applications.

Develop responsive web interfaces and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

Write clean, modular, and maintainable code using best practices and coding standards.

Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.

Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and fix issues.

Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend interfaces with server-side logic.

Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies, trends, and frameworks.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and propose effective technical solutions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Frontend Developer.

Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.

Solid understanding of frontend architecture design patterns and concepts.

Experience with frontend frameworks like Redux, Vue.js, or Angular is a plus.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

Knowledge of version control systems (e. g., Git) and project management tools (e. g., Jira).

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

We are looking for a smart, passionate hands-on engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible to drive innovation in full-stack development of complex web applications, while improving performance, scalability, and maintainability.

You should:

1. Have thorough knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap.
2. Be familiar with different PHP CMS (WordPress, Drupal, Joomla) and frameworks.
3. Be able to unit test the code components; Document the code and the functionality.
4. Be a good and quick learner, and open to learn new technologies in JavaScript Frameworks.
5. Good to have experience in MySQL/ MariaDB databases.
6. Good to have experience working with outside data sources and API’s.
7. Have Good Communication skills.
