Job Role - React UI Lead 

Experience Required - 8+ Years 

Location - Indore/Pune 

Hybrid Work Model (Wed and Thurs WFO)

Work Timings - 12.30 to 9.30 PM 

As a React UI Lead at Infobeans, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital transformation journey. You will work with a team of talented front-end developers to deliver robust and intuitive user interfaces that enhance our clients' digital banking experience. Your expertise in React.js and front-end development will be crucial in shaping our applications' architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of front-end developers in designing and implementing user interfaces using React.js.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable applications.
• Architect efficient and reusable front-end systems that drive complex web applications.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices and standards.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in digital banking solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience 7+ years as a React.js developer with expertise in building large-scale applications.
• Prior GRC/Banking experience highly desired
• Solid understanding of web development fundamentals including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

What will you do every day?

As a front-end tech lead you will be responsible for building the Haptik platform which is used by people across the globe. You will be working closely with the product, design and platform team on a day to day basis and be responsible for the look and feel of the product. While you know how to work hard, you also know how to have fun at work and make friends with your colleagues.

Ok, you're sold, but what are we looking for in the perfect candidate?

- Have a keen eye for detail and passionate about UI and UX

- Has worked with a team of FE engineers to set tech processes and standards.

- Has experience in mentoring junior engineers.

- Have a solid understanding of front-end technologies especially React

- Build, maintain and gate-keep the platform tools

- Work closely with the PM and designers to deliver high-quality features

- Work closely with the backend engineers to understand the Interkat Platform and build for scale

- High-level estimating and scoping/breaking down of tasks

- Document features to make them easily understandable to clients

- Participate in code reviews, automated and functional testing, and other aspects of our quality assurance process

- Use and promote standard good coding practices

- Fully participate in a scrum-based, agile development team

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices

- Work experience around optimizing build artifacts and performance monitoring

- Following security standards when using cookies/others to store user information etc.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience working on React.js

- Prior experience of leading/mentoring a team is a plus

- Knowledge of flux and redux

- Must have extensive experience working on Javascript, HTML, CSS, animations and UI/UX principles.

- Knowledge of backend technologies is a plus

- Good attention to detail, pixel perfect designs

- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent

- Good Communication skills

- Hustler with the passion for writing good code

- Team player

- Must have experience in working in an agile environment, exposure to tools like Jira would be an added benefit.

Requirements is such a strong word. We don't necessarily expect to find a candidate that has done everything listed, but you should be able to make a credible case that you've done most of it and are ready for the challenge of adding some new things to your resume.

We need a trained Website Developer.

Must have a experience of 3 to 5 years.

Knowledge of React, Nod JS, HTML CSS.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop user-facing stack from scratch
2. Build reusable code and libraries for future use
3. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
4. Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
5. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Technology Skills :

1. Proven 4 years work experience as a ReactJS Frontend developer
2. In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
3. Good experience with Typescript and ReactJS (17.x). NodeJS knowledge is a plus.
4. Familiarity with Unit Testing Frameworks, UI Testing, Monorepos and Graphql principles
5. Knowledge of Alerting and Monitoring tools
6. Knowledge of SPA principles
7. UI Performance: should have hands on experience of optimising page load, rendering, caching
8. Sense for appeal & aesthetics from a usability perspective.

• Get feedback from, and build solutions for, users and customers

• Create quality mockups and prototypes 
• Help back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting. 
• Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency 

Skills looking for:

• Experience in Next.js and AngularJS is highly preferred
