Job Role: Senior Social Media Account Manager

Job Description:

● Create campaign strategies and monitor the execution to achieve the brand objectives.

● Manage social handles of the brand, like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X etc.

● Develop, implement and manage a brand's social media strategy on a monthly basis.

● In-depth knowledge of social media marketing, market trends, integration of online with offline marketing and reporting.

● Measure the success of every social media campaign, as per required metrics.

● Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is well-suited and appealing to the defined target group for respective brands.

● Communicate with industry professionals and 3rd party vendors if and when required.

● Provide constructive feedback to the team(copy & design) to achieve desired results.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

2. 3+ years of proven experience in social media management within a client-based agency or related environment. 3. Demonstrated success in devising and executing impactful social media strategies for a variety of clients.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, conveying ideas clearly to internal teams and clients.

5. Profound understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, content formats, and best practices.

6. Proven track record of generating exceptional results via integrated marketing strategies(online+offline).

Position Name : Product Engineer (Backend Heavy)

Role Overview :

We’re looking for Product Engineers who are passionate about building scalable backend systems in the FinTech & payments domain. If you enjoy working on complex challenges, contributing to open-source projects, and driving impactful innovations, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do :

• Develop scalable APIs and backend services.
• Design and implement core payment systems.
• Take end-to-end ownership of product development from zero to one.
• Work on database design, query optimization, and system performance.
• Experiment with new technologies and automation tools.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to drive innovation.

What We’re Looking For :

• 3+ Years of professional backend development experience.
• Proficiency in any backend programming language (Ruby on Rails experience is a plus but not mandatory).
• Experience in building APIs and working with relational databases.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Open-source contributions (minimum 50 stars on GitHub preferred).
• Experience in building and delivering 0 to 1 products.
• Passion for FinTech & payment systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and infrastructure management.
• Knowledge of payment protocols and financial regulations (preferred but not mandatory)

Main Technical Skills :

• Backend : Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL
• Infrastructure : GCP, AWS, Terraform (fully automated infrastructure)

2. 8+ Years of experience in QA process in Pharmaceutical / food processing / cosmetics / chemical industries.

Your Job Responsibilities:  

C1. Principal thrust area:

You shall be responsible for maintaining and improving all QMS activity, GMP and GLP across the company.

Key Deliverables:

1. Ensure manufacturing practices as per cGMP and GLP standards.

2. Handling QMS activities like change control, validations, stability, qualifications, APQR and Risk assessment etc.

3. Applications for AHC to AQCS, EIA and Capexil and coordinate related activities. (AHV/SPD: This is exclusive knowledge related to Capsule and companies manufacturing animal origin products. We have mentioned this as the candidate on joining will be responsible for this work though he/she may not be having exposure to same.)

4. Organize internal and external audits for ISO, GMP+, FDA, Capexil, GMP+, EIA and others. Maintain the documents required for those audits.

7. Assisting HOD in customer complaint analysis and preparation of customer complaint report.

9. Reviewing the daily availability of operators and allocating work to them.

10. Maintaining and review BMR documents, guide for relevant changes if required.

11. Label artwork review and management.

Your Job Location:

1. Tarapur MIDC. Tarapur MIDC, Boisar, Dist. Palghar, Maharashtra. 

 Preference will be given to candidates in Tarapur/Boisar area or willing to relocate.
