Role and Responsibilities-

• Dialing 50-80+ calls and counseling students who have enquired about the product/ services.
• Scheduling free demo lectures for the students.
• Doing post demo calls and closing sales.
• Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.
• Work on targets and under pressure as this is a hardcore sales profile.
• Flexible to work on additional days and hours.

What we offer you-

Fixed Pay- 2.9 to 3LPA

Salesforce Architect

Location: Pune | Salesforce Years of Experience: 8 Years+

About the role:

As a Salesforce Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will own the integrity and strength of the

solutions recommended. You’ll be acting as a trusted advisor to our team and clients, and an

effective mentor for other Salesforce professionals working alongside you. You will need a

deep understanding of the Salesforce platform but just as importantly, top-notch people

skills to get your ideas and solutions across to stakeholders and gain integrity to get your

visions built into successful solutions.

Responsibilities

This is a varied Salesforce Solution Architect role, with the following responsibilities:

 Conduct research into clients’ use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with

recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions,

 Provides technical support in sales calls, solution presentations, and assists the client

partners in managing the deal cycle

 Translates customer business objectives and requirements into solutions and level-

of-effort estimates to implement those solutions

 Provides input for RFI and RFP responses, including the effort estimate, project team,

timeline, implementation methodology and solution components

 Delivers excellent Salesforce sales presentations to the customer in support of the

sales process

 Acts as trusted advisor to customers by anticipating customer needs and identifying

appropriate solution alternatives

 Responds to customer questions and objections on technical issues

 Validates technical recommendations against customer requirements and assists

with preparing statements of work

 A strategic approach to solution design, with a proven ability to develop and execute

tactical plans to support the strategy

 Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of

concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements,

 Review solutions and recommending improvements,

 Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with stakeholders on the

project,

 Own the design of Salesforce and (optionally) other affiliated solutions for Sales,

Service, and platform solutions,

 Act as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed

between environments. Where appropriate, this could include deploying changes,

 Provide guidance on user story writing style,

 Ensure success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story,

 Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications,

 Ensure documentation of the steps for testing,

 Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with Salesforce SMEs,

 Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of

Salesforce,

 Collaborative project and workstream planning.

Required Qualifications and Background

 At least 5 years’ experience in a leading role in designing & providing solutions in

Salesforce projects,

 Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online,

 Minimum Salesforce certified:

 Administrator

 Sales Cloud Consultant

 Service Cloud Consultant

 Platform App Builder

 Salesforce Designer certifications,

 Salesforce Architecture certifications – Technical & Solution Architect

Requirement

• Strong knowledge of Php frameworks (Laravel, Zend must).

• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies, such as react js or Vue js.

• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming.

• Write effective APIs.

• Write technical documentation.

• Familiarity with SQL/No SQL databases.

• Understanding of code versioning tools like Github.

• Take full responsibility for task/project execution

• Good problem-solving skills, Data structures, and Algorithms.

• Should have experience in Webservices (SOAP/REST) and JSON

• Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary.
