Job Objective:

We are seeking an experienced Developer with a strong background in C++, CUDA programming,

and Linux to guide our development team in building cutting-edge solutions for device

integration and high-performance computing tasks. This is a hands-on leadership position that

combines technical expertise with team management skills to deliver high-quality software

products.

Primary responsibilities:

Software Development:

• Develop and maintain high-performance applications using C++ and CUDA.

• Design and implement parallel algorithms for GPUs to accelerate computational

workloads.

Performance Optimization:

• Optimize CUDA kernels for performance, scalability, and memory efficiency.

• Analyze performance bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions.

Code Review and Testing:

• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Develop and execute test cases to validate functionality and performance.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the software engineering and research teams to understand

requirements and deliver robust solutions.

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members when necessary.

Documentation:

• Write and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user

manuals.

Required Skills:

• C++: Strong proficiency in modern C++ (C++11/14/17/20).

• CUDA Programming: Extensive experience in developing, debugging, and optimizing

CUDA applications.

• GPU Optimization: Familiarity with memory hierarchy, shared memory, streams, and

warp-level operations in CUDA.

• Parallel Computing: Solid understanding of parallel algorithms and multi-threaded

programming.

• Mathematical and Analytical Skills: Strong foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and

numerical methods.

• Flow Development & Automation
• Develop, maintain, and enhance CAD automation scripts and flows for physical design (place-and-route, timing closure, physical verification, etc.).
• Integrate and validate EDA tools for synthesis, floorplanning, clock tree synthesis, routing, and sign-off.
• EDA Tool Support
• Work closely with design teams to debug and resolve CAD/EDA tool issues.
• Collaborate with EDA vendors for tool evaluations, feature requests, and bug fixes.
• Physical Verification & Sign-Off
• Build and maintain flows for DRC, LVS, ERC, IR drop, EM, and timing sign-off.
• Ensure physical design flows meet foundry requirements and tapeout schedules.
• Methodology Development
• Develop best practices and guidelines for efficient design closure.
• Evaluate new EDA technologies and propose improvements to existing workflows.

• Oversee business operations across multiple territories (Western, Central & Harbour lines of Mumbai)
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Area Business Managers (ABMs) and Medical Representatives
• Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets
• Strategically manage key accounts and expand the customer base within assigned regions
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors and pharmacists
• Conduct regular field visits, joint calls, and training sessions to monitor performance and coach team members
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to implement effective business strategies
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for product promotion, marketing initiatives, and brand visibility

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or any related field
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
• Experience in the Nephrology segment preferred; Cardio-Diabetic background may also be considered
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Role and Responsibilities:

• The candidate must be keenly expert in JavaScript (ES6), React JS (Functional React- React with Hooks).
• Must be well aware of the JS concepts like promises, async-await, callback, fetch, and array methods like map, filter, reduce.

• As an Inventory Analyst at Viasat, you will coordinate and route the flow of material between contract manufacturers and distribution centers in North America, Europe, and Asia.
