About the Role

We're looking for a Software Engineer I to join our Deliver (One2Team) team. This is a backfill role on a product that blends legacy and modern technologies — a great opportunity to work across the full stack while helping shape what comes next, including new platform integrations, connectors, and AI-powered capabilities.

You'll work directly on customer-facing tickets and real-world product challenges, gaining hands-on exposure across our application and its technology stack from day one.

What You'll Work On

In your first six months, you'll get broad exposure to customer-facing development, platform integrations, cloud technologies, and AI — all within a single product. Beyond maintaining and enhancing the existing product, you'll help build and integrate new technologies as we expand our platform and connector ecosystem.

Job Summary:  

The Lead Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of our corporate funds and assets management platform. This role demands a deep understanding of the broking industry/Financial services industry, software engineering, and product management. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in engineering leadership, a proven track record of delivering scalable technology solutions, and strong product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engineering Strategy and Vision:

- Develop and communicate a clear engineering vision and strategy aligned with our broking and funds management platform.

- Conduct market research and technical analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs within the broking industry.

- Define and prioritize the engineering roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.

- Lead cross-functional engineering teams (software development, QA, DevOps, etc.) to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and architecture to development and deployment, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.

- Write detailed technical specifications and guide the engineering teams to ensure clarity and successful execution.

- Leverage your understanding of the broking industry to guide product development and engineering efforts.

- Collaborate with product managers to incorporate industry-specific requirements and ensure the platform meets the needs of brokers, traders, and financial institutions.

- Stay updated with regulatory changes, market trends, and technological advancements within the broking sector.

- Mentor and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• BE /B. Tech - Computer Science from a top engineering college
• MBA a plus, not required
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of the broking industry and financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex software products.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Job Title: Java Tech Lead & Solution Architect

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 8+ years in Java technologies with 2–3 years in solution architecture.

Experience with developing rich dynamic front end applications using Angular and CSS frameworks like BulmaCSS, Angular Material, Bootstrap, etc. Knowledge of GraphQL would be an added advantage. Responsibilities:

Develop web applications covering end to end software development life cycle right from writing UI code using Angular to backend API code using NodeJS and managing databases like MongoDB, MySQL, etc. Involved in full stack code management from Git check-ins to running automated builds and deployments using DevOps practices to deploy to public cloud services like AWS, Azure, Heroku, etc. Handling full-stack web development workflow right from front end to backend to CI/CD workflows. Level 3 Contractor-to-Fulltime-Programmer Role:

Must have 1-2 years (ideally 12 to 30 months) of post-collegiate professional programming experience at a top SaaS company in React, Typescript, Javascript working within Visual Studio Code and Yarn, leveraging superior techniques with Routing, Components, State, and Props to deliver elegant consumer applications based on dynamic data.

Ability to translate user story completely into exceptional functionality that consistently meets acceptance criteria and delights users.  Ability to convert complex workflows into elegant experiences highly prized.

Experience with Firebase, Firestore, MongoDB, Heroku and other Cloud-based technologies to deliver scalable, performant data-driven applications, with deployments on Kubernetes.  Ideally experienced working with colleagues over Discord.

Ability to exhibit judgment to independently author test suite and testing scripts to evaluate code additions, ensuring no regressions in functionality or user experience.

Proficiency in translating complex mathematical concepts into effective data structures and programming practices.  Personal pleasure in solving mathematical puzzles elegantly is a huge plus.
