Role Title - HR Manager

Role Summary - 

We are looking for an HR Manager to support and Lead the HR Department in various aspects of HR functions . As an HR Manager, your primary responsibility is to support the human resources department in various aspects of HR functions. You will play a crucial role in managing employee relations, recruitment, Training and development , performance management, and other HR-related activities. You will work closely with team members to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Selection: Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions. Coordinate with hiring managers and external recruitment agencies, if required. Conduct reference checks and issue employment contracts.
2. Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions, explaining company policies, and completing necessary paperwork. Ensure a smooth transition for new employees into their roles.
3. Employee Relations: Maintain positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns, providing guidance on HR policies, and promoting a healthy work environment. Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions.
4. Performance Management: Support the performance management process by assisting in the implementation of performance appraisal systems, tracking performance evaluations, and providing feedback to employees and managers.
5. HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, update HR databases, and generate HR reports as required. Manage employee documentation, such as contracts, leave records, and attendance.
6. Training and Development: Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating employee training programs. Collaborate with internal trainers or external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of training sessions.
7. Compliance and Policies: Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure HR practices are compliant. Help develop and update HR policies and procedures to align with legal requirements and best practices.
8. Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management. Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and assist in resolving issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven 5-9 years of experience in an HR role.
• Good Experience in nontech recruitment.
• Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in Faculty hiring will be an add on .

•  5 to 10 years of work experience as a .net developer

•  Proficiency in building web-based applications

•  In-depth knowledge of the .net languages and database - asp.net web API, c# - asp.net MVC - SQL

•  In-depth knowledge angularjs, service stack

•  Familiarity with identity (3rd party)

•  Proficiency using git version control.

•  Familiarity with agile environments

• erform maintenance functions in a safe and profitable manner.
• Perform and/or coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs
• Perform maintenance including troubleshooting and repair of CNC and manual manufacturing equipment
• Perform and or coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance/repairs of production support and facilities equipment, i.e. air compressors, fire extinguishing and sprinkler systems, forklifts, lifting equipment, HVAC system and filtration systems.
• Install and/or oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all new and existing production and production support equipment.
• Coordinate third party maintenance and support activities.
• Work with departments to ensure maintenance activities are performed in alignment with production schedules.
• Initiate and maintain records within the maintenance electronic tracking system and write SOP’s as required.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures for performing maintenance activities are in place and comply with all State and Federal requirements.
• Follow all building code requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure work area
• Support 5S, lean and continuous improvement activities.
