Title: Content Specialist
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 3–4 years
Work Mode: Hybrid
About Master-O
Master-O is a B2B SaaS platform focused on enabling and upskilling frontline teams through microlearning, gamification, AI-powered roleplays and digital coaching. We work with leading organisations across industries like FMCG, BFSI, Pharma, Automotive and Retail.
We are looking for a Content Specialist who can combine strong creative thinking with excellent client communication to own content requirements for our Mumbai and Gurugram based clients.
The Role
This is a client-facing content creation role where you will be the primary point of contact for Master-O's high touch enterprise accounts for their content requirements.
You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, frontline challenges, and learning needs, and translate these into engaging content, storyboards and learning journeys.
You will also work cross-functionally with the Customer Success, Product and Content teams at our Gurugram headquarters to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
What Does “Content” Mean at Master-O?
At Master-O, content is not just traditional marketing content or reels. You’ll primarily create microlearning-based static and video learning content designed for the frontline teams of our enterprise clients.
The content and use cases vary based on the client’s business objectives, frontline pain points and industry — from product knowledge and sales pitches to customer handling, compliance and on-the-job skill development.
What We're Looking For
- 3–4 years of experience in content creation, content marketing, creative strategy or a similar role.
- Prior experience in a B2B SaaS company or a marketing/creative agency is strongly preferred.
- Agency candidates should ideally have worked with clients across BFSI, FMCG, Pharma, Automotive and/or Retail.
- Strong storyboarding and content conceptualisation skills.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication — this is critical as the role involves frequent interaction with senior client stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and client-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects and deadlines independently.
- A good understanding of digital content, learning formats and visual communication.
- Someone who is equally comfortable speaking to a client, building a storyboard and getting into the details of content creation.
Why This Role?
This role sits at the intersection of content, creativity, and client consulting.
You won't just be creating content based on pre-assigned briefs. You'll be responsible for understanding why the client needs the content, what their frontline teams need, and how Master-O can solve that requirement.
You'll get the opportunity to work directly with leading organisations across multiple industries while collaborating with a fast-moving SaaS team across Mumbai and Gurugram.

What is the role?
Some people come alive when they are designing a learning experience—thinking through what participants need, how a session should flow, and what activity might help a concept finally click. Others are energised by being in the room—asking the right questions, responding to the group, and creating a space where people feel comfortable participating, experimenting, and learning.
We are looking for someone who is excited by both.
Through our Capacity Building vertical, we help nonprofit teams build the confidence, practical skills, and habits they need to use data effectively. We do this through ready-to-run workshops, customised learning engagements, and longer cohort-based programmes such as our Data Literacy Program.
As demand for our workshops and programmes grows, we are looking for someone who can work closely with the Lead, Capacity Building to design and facilitate high-quality learning experiences, develop new offerings, and help build the systems and knowledge needed to scale the vertical.
We do not expect you to be equally accomplished at learning design and facilitation from day one. You may be a stronger designer who wants more opportunities to facilitate, or an experienced facilitator who wants to become more intentional about learning design. What matters is that you have experience in one, some exposure to the other, and the curiosity and learning mindset needed to develop both capabilities.
Who are we?
Goalkeep Advisors is a data consultancy and we believe that every organization should be able to measure, communicate and deepen their impact with confidence. We work with social impact organisations through three core verticals:
- Custom MEL Projects: Helping organisations design outcomes frameworks and strengthen how they collect, analyse, visualise, and use data.
- Goalkeep Kickstarter: Building practical data systems and processes that enable organisations to make better use of their information.
- Capacity Building Engagements: Equipping nonprofit teams with the confidence, skills, and habits to use data through workshops, customised programmes, and longer learning journeys.
Over the past six years, we’ve partnered with 50+ nonprofits across education, health, and livelihood to help them transition into data-driven organizations.
What will be your key responsibilities?
1. Design learning experiences and resources
- Understand participant and organisational needs, and design engaging workshops and programmes through practical, contextual and interactive session plans
- Create clear and thoughtfully designed decks, participant workbooks, templates, and other supporting resources.
- Adapt and improve learning experiences based on the audience, organisational context, and participant feedback.
2. Facilitate engaging learning spaces
- Facilitate online and in-person workshops, cohort programmes, and other adult-learning experiences.
- Create participatory learning spaces where people feel heard, engaged, and confident exploring data and MEL concepts in relation to their own work and realities.
- Reflect on each facilitation experience and use feedback to continuously strengthen the participant experience.
3. Strengthen and grow the Capacity Building vertical
- Work closely with the Lead, Capacity Building to research, design, test, and refine new capacity-building offerings.
- Document programme insights, participant feedback, and facilitation learnings to strengthen future programmes.
- Lead end-of-workshop and end-of-programme reporting by synthesising participant progress, feedback, and impact findings into clear reports and narratives.
- Support the planning and coordination required to deliver engagements smoothly and build the systems and resources needed to scale the vertical.
What you must have?
- At least 2 years of experience in learning design or facilitation for adults
- Experience working with adult learners in the nonprofit or social impact sector.
- A foundational understanding of MEL concepts, including Theory of Change, indicators, data collection, analysis, and the use of data for programme learning and decision-making.
- Professional proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create clear, well-structured presentations, learning materials, and reports.
- Willingness to travel for in-person workshops and programmes when required.
What’s in it for you?
- The opportunity to see your work directly influences how nonprofit professionals understand and use data.
- The opportunity to join and help shape a growing vertical at an early stage.
- Meaningful opportunities to develop as both a learning designer and a facilitator.
- Exposure to a wide range of nonprofit organisations, programme contexts, and data and MEL challenges.
- The space to research, experiment with, and develop new capacity-building offerings.
- Being part of a close-knit, mission-driven team working to strengthen the social sector’s ability to use data for impact.
