Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate our SaaS product
• Manage customer onboarding, ensuring smooth implementation and product adoption.
• Monitor customer health metrics and provide proactive outreach to prevent churn.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their goals, and aligning them with our product offerings.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, Slack, or phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, product) to resolve customer issues and improve the overall experience.
• Create and deliver product training sessions to customers, ensuring they maximize value from our platform.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Customer Success or similar role in the SaaS industry.
• Experience in direct customer interactions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of SaaS products
• Ability to identify customer needs and align them with product capabilities.
• Proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently.
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred.
• Have worked with direct interactions with Customer
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Knowledge of customer success metrics and how to manage them.

Responsibilities :

- 4 to 6 years of Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role

- Sound with HTML5 and CSS3, and JavaScript.

- Good understanding of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as ReactJS, NextJS, etc.

- Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.

- Creative vision for design and execution across web and mobile with a clear understanding of modern web browsers and responsive design.

- Good eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, color theory, and typography.

- Portfolio of design projects

- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Principal Accountabilities:

• Develop, Enhance, and Modify Applications for a Global Market Environment.
• Design, Code, Test, Debug, and Document programs for corporate systems architecture.
• Work closely with Business stakeholders to define requirements for system applications

Work Dimensions:

• API integration, Application deployment, Test Driven Development & Agile methodologies

• 3-7 years of hands on experience in mobile app testing - iOS / Android 
• Mobile automation expertise (iOS, Android) using Appium. 
• Experience having automated in an Agile environment. 
• Experience with issue tracking tool (JIRA) and reporting tools. 
• Experience with source code management and build tools - Git, SVN, Maven, Gradle 
• Experience in using Charles Tool / Fiddler 
• Programming language: Java 
• Automation tool: Selenium, Appium 
• Others: Jira, GIT, Maven, Gradle, Bamboo, TestNG 

• Experience working and automating in REST APIs based WS environment. 
• Strong knowledge on current automation trends. 
• Knowledge of Performance testing on mobile applications. 
• Experience with continuous integration using bamboo/Jenkins
