React.js Developer

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain frontend components using AEM Sites.

· Integrate AEM with React/Angular for enhanced user interfaces.

· Work with AEM templates, components, dialogs, and client libraries.

· Collaborate with backend AEM developers and designers to implement dynamic and responsive web features.

· Ensure code quality through unit testing and best practices.

· Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.

· Support AEM content authors with technical implementation and troubleshooting.

What You’ll Bring:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

· Proven experience delivering high-quality web applications.

Mandatory Skills:

· 3+ years of frontend development experience with React.js or Angular.

· 2+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

· Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

· Experience with AEM client libraries, Sightly (HTL), Sling models, and component development.

· Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.

· Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.

· Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

What you’ll do

• To build next-generation web applications that are efficient and modular.
• Work closely with designers to implement versatile front-end solutions and new features while pushing the limits of what a browser can do.
• Actively look into UI performance of the features which he/she will be developing and consider them during designing of the feature.

What we’re looking for

• B.Tech Computer Science, or similar field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript, UI design patterns, and developer tools.
• Minimum 1yr of experience with libraries and frameworks such as React, etc.
• Extremely detail oriented to strive for pixel perfection across all browsers.
• Passionate about implementing elegant User Interfaces.
• Knowledge of patterns like Flux, Redux is a plus.
• Understanding of agritech domain and application of technology in farming (Preferable)

• 4.5+ years Experience with AngularJS
• Available for immediate joining 
• Strong expertise with HTML, CSS, and writing cross-browser compatible code.
• Good understanding of AJAX and JavaScript Dom manipulation Techniques
• Experience with RESTful services
• Experience in JavaScript build tools like grunt or gulp
• Expert in any one of the modern JavaScript MV-VM/MVC frameworks (AngularJS, JQuery, NodeJS, GruntJS)
• Hand on and implements complex AngularJS applications, directives, controllers, services
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player

•  6+ years of web UI development experience including 4+ years of deep, hands on experience in building robust, highly reusable and responsive web applications using HTML, CSS3, SVG, React, Redux, Thunk ecosystem
• Great problem-solving skills with solid data structures and algorithms knowledge
• Strong ability to translate the design/wireframes into reusable micro components
• Experience of leading, coaching and mentoring junior developers with good delegation and time-management skills
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles and has extensively worked with Redux, Thunk, Axios etc
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token, Oauth2 etc
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• A knack for perfection, benchmarking and optimization
• Writing and maintaining batch jobs to streamline processes (Shell, Perl etc).
• Strong understanding of Agile and Lean software development processes and practices
• Worked with WebSocket, Push notifications etc
• Experience working with local-storage, cookies etc
• Proficient understanding of CORS issues and ways to work with such issues.
• Proficient understanding of social network APIs.
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Inclined to take ownership of tasks and to ship highly polished products with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• BE/BTech in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience
