We are seeking a skilled Java Lead with 7-10 years of experience for our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, team leadership, and client-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Java developers, providing guidance and mentoring to ensure high-quality code and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, present solutions, and manage expectations.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex Java-based applications.
- Ensure the team adheres to best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth project execution.
Required Skills:

Java/J2EE stack
• Design and develop RDandX Network’s microservices and ensure bug free code is pushed to
the deployment pipeline to support large volume of transactions
• Define and communicate the technical design requirements to the Network’s stakeholders
and the Engineering lead
• Responsible for building restful services to integrate with third party services like AdWords
and Facebook marketing API
• Responsible for designing the technical architecture of the different services and
maintaining and upgrading it
• Designing the unit test cases and building the framework for the development team to
enforce the unit testing in all the services
• Be involved and participate in the end to end products’ lifecycle management
• Learn about new technologies and Stay up to date with best practices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team of designers, engineers, system administrators and
product team
• Lead the Backend team and manage their day to day activities and work deliverables
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Hibernate frameworks.

- Experience in Java-J2EE Development
- Hands-on experience in Struts (Core Java, JSP, Servlets, EJB) framework.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle SQL, Procedures
- Hands-on experience in Spring boot, Spring batch
- Should have worked on application servers like IBM WAS / Jboss / Web logic.
- Knowledge of basic Linux commands and BIRT reporting tool is an added advantage.

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent area
- 10 to 20 years of experience in software development
- Hands-on experience designing and building B2B or B2C products
- 3+ years architecting SaaS/Web based customer facing products, leading engineering teams as software/technical architect
- Experiences of engineering practices such as code refactoring, microservices, design and enterprise integration patterns, test and design-driven development, continuous integration, building highly scalable applications, application and infrastructure security
- Strong cloud infrastructure experience with AWS and/or Azure
- Experience building event driven systems and working with message queues/topics
- Broad working experience across multiple programming languages and frameworks with in-depth experience in one or more of the following: .Net, Java, Scala or Go-lang
- Hands-on experience with relational databases like SQL Server, PostgreSQL and document stores like Elasticsearch or MongoDB
- Hands-on experience with Big Data processing technologies like Hadoop/Spark is a plus
