What Will You Be Doing?

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

•Conduct detailed requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders in the Utility / Energy domain.

•Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements.

Domain Analysis (Utility / Energy)

•Work on use cases related to Power & Utilities, Retail Energy, Metering, Billing, Customer Information Systems (CIS), Outage Management (OMS), Energy Trading, or Regulatory Reporting.

•Understand end-to-end utility workflows such as customer onboarding, billing cycles, consumption data, settlements, and compliance.

Documentation

• Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, Functional Specifications, and User Stories.

• Ensure documentation reflects utility-specific business rules and regulatory constraints.

Process Mapping & Improvement

• Analyze current-state utility processes and define future-state workflows.

• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.

Stakeholder Communication

• Act as a liaison between utility business users, product teams, developers, QA, and project managers.

• Ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Solution Design & Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering teams to design scalable solutions aligned with utility business requirements.

• Ensure solutions are technically feasible and compliant with industry standards.

Testing & Validation

• Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.

•Participate in UAT, validating solutions against utility business needs.

Project & Post-Go-Live Support

•Support deployment and post-deployment activities.

•Assist in issue triaging and production support for utility applications.

What Makes You the Perfect Fit?

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

Experience

•Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

•Hands-on experience working on Utility / Energy domain projects is mandatory.

Technical Skills

•Familiarity with SQL, Java, JavaScript, Python or similar technologies.

•Experience with JIRA / Azure DevOps (ADO), Confluence, or similar tools.

•Strong skills in data analysis, data modeling, and process mapping. Soft Skills

•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

•Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

•Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

•Business Analysis certifications such as ECBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA.

•Prior experience in Utility, Energy, Power, or related regulated industries.

•Exposure to Tolling, Collections, Finance, or Billing systems is an added advantage.

•Basic understanding of project management and cross-functional coordination.

• Oversee end-to-end plant operations.

• Ensure smooth EMI filter manufacturing and all the processes. 

• Drive production planning and ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly targets. 

• Control and improve process stability by monitoring critical parameters affecting product performance. 

•  Manage procurement activities for raw materials, components, and consumables ensuring timely availability. 

•  Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality and vendor performance standards. 

• Control stores operations including inventory management, stock accuracy, and material flow to production. 

• Daily reviews for reducing downtime, rejection, process variation, and material delays. 

• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for production, process, and material-related issues. 

• Implement CAPA across all operational areas and ensure effective closure. 

• Coordinate with engineering and quality teams for process improvement and product compliance. 

• Monitor all the KPIs of all the departments. 

• Review daily operational reports (production, inventory, procurement) and take corrective actions.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)

Experience

• Minimum 15 years in electrical / electronic manufacturing industry 

• Proven experience in handling Production, Process, Procurement, and Stores

Position: Junior Façade Designer

Role Objective:

Support the Façade Design team by assisting in the preparation of technical drawings and documentation while developing foundational façade design skills under supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting and revising façade drawings and technical documents as per team guidance.

Apply company standards, project specifications, and basic engineering principles.

Learn façade materials, systems, and relevant local building codes.

Support day-to-day design tasks and maintain organized project files.

Perform basic quality checks on drawings before review.

Candidate Profile:

Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Architecture.

Experience: 0–2 years; fresh graduates with an interest in façade/structural design are welcome.

Skills: Basic proficiency in AutoCAD; willingness to learn advanced design tools.

Reporting To:

Façade Designer / Senior Façade Designer

Design, development, testing, installation, integration, maintenance of various airbourne and ground based systems and subsystems. 

Work along with various DRDO units and perform various tasks based on the DRDO guidelines

Liaise with various regulatory bodies such as CEMILAC, DGAQA etc. and achieve various set target processes

Documentation of various interface documents, manuals, maintenance etc.  

1. Scouting for LAP loan leads

2. Collecting documents from customer and submitting it at nearby branch

3. Explaining all Loan related processes and charges to customer

4. Clearly communicating all loan related charges to customers

5. Having Loan case file in proper order

6. Ensuring all communication with customer once documents are received

7. Ensuring all TAT's are followed in moving the loan file forward

8. Providing all necessary customer support
