MUST-HAVES:

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The MLE will design, build, test, and deploy scalable machine learning systems, optimizing model accuracy and efficiency
• Model Development: Algorithms and architectures span traditional statistical methods to deep learning along with employing LLMs in modern frameworks.
• Data Preparation: Prepare, cleanse, and transform data for model training and evaluation.
• Algorithm Implementation: Implement and optimize machine learning algorithms and statistical models.
• System Integration: Integrate models into existing systems and workflows.
• Model Deployment: Deploy models to production environments and monitor performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in model performance and systems.

SKILLS:

• Programming and Software Engineering: Knowledge of software engineering best practices (version control, testing, CI/CD).
• Data Engineering: Ability to handle data pipelines, data cleaning, and feature engineering. Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation + Kafka, Chaos search logs, etc. for troubleshooting; Other tech touch points are Scylla DB (like BigTable), OpenSearch, Neo4J graph
• Model Deployment and Monitoring: MLOps Experience in deploying ML models to production environments.
• Knowledge of model monitoring and performance evaluation.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Amazon SageMaker: Deep understanding of SageMaker's capabilities for building, training, and deploying ML models; understanding of the Sage maker pipeline with ability to analyze gaps and recommend/implement improvements
• AWS Cloud Infrastructure: Familiarity with S3, EC2, Lambda and using these services in ML workflows
• AWS data: Redshift, Glue
• Containerization and Orchestration: Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes, and their implementation within AWS (EKS, ECS)

Summary/Objective:

The primary objective of hiring a Project Coordinator is to efficiently manage customer data, oversee project development, and ensure the successful deployment of websites. This role involves close collaboration with various teams, handling customer feedback, and maintaining high-quality website deliverables.

Responsibilities/Duties:

1. Customer Data and Project Management

• Effectively manage customer data and related information.
• Ensure accurate documentation and organization of workflow details.
• Collaborate with the Design team to create mockups and visuals.
• Communicate design concepts and seek customer approval via email.

2. Development and Progress Tracking

• Coordinate with the Development team to ensure smooth task flow.
• Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines.
• Verify websites to ensure they meet customer requirements.

3. Testing and Quality Assurance

• Work closely with the Testing Department to assess task status and identify bugs.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve identified issues.
• Conduct rigorous testing to ensure high-quality website deliverables.

4. Customer Engagement and Feedback

• Deliver beta versions of websites to customers for review and feedback.
• Collaborate with the team to implement customer-suggested changes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer feedback and concerns.
• Communicate with customers via email regarding changes and updates.

5. Website Deployment and Live Process

• Manage the transition from beta to live website based on customer approvals.
• Oversee the live website deployment process for a seamless transition.
• Implement post-approval customer changes to ensure a polished final product.

6. Product Management

• Manage and upload customer and vendor product information.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate product representation on the website.
• Update and maintain product details to provide current information to customers.

7. Website Maintenance and Continuous Improvement

• Facilitate day-to-day website changes and improvements to enhance user experience.
• Proactively identify opportunities for website optimization and suggest improvements.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Education:

• Graduate/Post Graduate.
• IT background preferred.

Experience:

• 2 to 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator.
• Experience in the IT sector is mandatory.
