We are looking for an experienced Architect to support our villa, resort, and hospitality development projects across Bali, Kerala, Zanzibar, and India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing conceptual layouts, detailed designs, 3D models, and high-quality renderings with speed and precision.
You will work closely with the leadership team to bring design concepts to life and ensure timely delivery of all project assets

Key Responsibilities
Develop concept designs, master plans, and space layouts for villas and resort projects
Produce 3D models, walkthroughs, and photorealistic renderings
Create fast design iterations and explore multiple design options
Prepare presentation boards, mood boards, and concept decks
Ensure all drawings follow quality standards, accuracy, and project timelines
Coordinate with internal teams on design revisions and improvements
Incorporate region-specific design sensibilities (tropical, coastal, luxury styles)
Key Skills
Strong experience in villa, resort, residential & hospitality architecture
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, VRay/Enscape
Expertise in 3D modeling, visualization & rendering
Excellent understanding of concept development, space planning & master planning
Knowledge of materials, construction detailing & building codes
Strong design sense with the ability to deliver creative and accurate outputs quickly
Excellent communication and coordination skills
