Customer Support executive

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with exceptional creative vision, strong conceptual thinking, and the ability to deliver original, high-impact design work. This role requires a designer who deeply understands visual communication, brand storytelling, and can produce professional, polished assets across a wide range of styles and media.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the creation of high-quality, visually compelling design solutions across digital and print channels
2. Develop and articulate strong visual concepts that align with brand and project objectives
3. Ensure consistency and cohesion of visual identity across all design touchpoints
4. Mentor junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and elevate overall team output
5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and content
6. Manage complex design briefs from concept to final delivery, ensuring excellence at every stage

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a technical writer
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of technical concepts
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with a variety of documentation tools and formats
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies

Here is what we are looking for:

- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Working knowledge with Manual testing, Mobile app testing, Web Testing, api testing, DB Queries.

- Knowledge of tools like Postman, SoapUI, Appium/Android Espresso, JMeter, etc.
- Plan and execute Functional, Security, and Performance testing multiple product lines (Mobile & Web).
- Experience with Web service technology like REST, XML/SOAP.
- Good understanding of Build, Deployment, Continuous Integration/Delivery process.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
- Excellent written, oral communication skills and collaboration skills.

• To develop new business opportunitiesby selling SaaS Workflow automation solutions.
• To Generate leads, follow up by email/phone, give product demos and close sales.
• Meet & engagewith customers and help them understand various product features.
• Demonstrate the ability to maximize profitable volume growth, Time Management and client preference in the assigned market.
• Maintain data related to partners, accounts and document customer interactions.
