We’re hiring a digital marketing professional with strong SEO skills to drive web and app growth. You’ll work on campaigns, content, and SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search visibility, and boost app installs.

What You’ll Do:

• Run SEO strategies for app landing pages & blogs
• Do keyword research & competitor analysis
• Optimise content, meta tags, and page structure
• Monitor traffic, rankings, and engagement metrics
• Plan and execute digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Collaborate with content, design, and ASO teams
• Track performance using GA, Search Console, and Firebase
• Stay updated with SEO trends and algorithm changes

Must-Have Experience:

• 1+ years in digital marketing with core SEO responsibility
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page & technical SEO
• Tools: Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA
• Basic understanding of HTML, WordPress, or similar CMS
• Hands-on with digital ads and keyword targeting
• Ability to write/edit SEO-friendly content

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :

- A professional degree in Computer Science from a reputable institution, backed by a consistent academic record.

- A knack for problem-solving, data structures, and algorithms.

- Proficiency in ElasticSearch.

- 6+ years of hands-on development experience, primarily in building products for large enterprises.

- Exceptional communication skills.

- Mastery in Java programming; familiarity with Python is a plus.- Experience with Spring Boot.

- Practical knowledge of one or more cloud-based technologies (e.g., ElasticSearch, Storm, Hazelcast, MongoDB, Ceph, Kafka) is highly desirable.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Production Head to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely production of high-quality products, while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. The Production Head will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing processes to achieve production targets and optimize resource utilization.

Job Duties :

• Production Management: Oversee daily production activities to ensure products are manufactured on schedule, within quality standards, and cost-effectively.
• Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of production supervisors, technicians, and operators, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
• Quality Control: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures to ensure products meet the required specifications and standards.

• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Promote a culture of safety and implement best practices to prevent workplace accidents and injuries.
• Reporting: Generate and analyze production reports and other metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with other departments, quality assurance, and sales, to align production activities with company goals and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with all departments, including Mechanical, Electrical, Dispatch, and Purchase to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications:

•  Proven experience (typically 10 years) in a production management role within a manufacturing environment.
•  Proven experience managing production and manufacturing processes involving block fix, RMC, cement, block Joining Mortar, etc.
•  Willing to work in a dusty Environment.
•  In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
•  Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
