The responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following:
Financial Reporting: You will be providing timely and accurate financial reporting to management together with strategic insights on the company s financial position.
Accounting Systems and Processes - Understanding requirements, identifying, evaluating and implementing the most suitable accounting system/ tools needed to support the accounting needs of the organization
Implementing best in class accounting practices and Internal Control procedures considering:
- Accounts Payables - Purchase to Procurement Cycle & Policies, SOPs and SLAs
- Accounts Receivables - Billing Processes and Systems to raise timely invoices and perform ageing analysis
- Revenue and Cash Reconciliations and suggesting and implementing SOPs and SLAs
Financial Closure - Ensure timely and accurate monthly closures. Consistent analyzing of financial data and presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; monitor progress, changes and keep senior leadership abreast of the financial status;
Audit - Ensure timely year end financial closures – Statutory, Tax and IFC. Handle end to end audit process and ensure timely completion of audits
Compliances and knowledge - Understand the applicability and ensure compliance with all the relevant statutes impacting the company. Keep abreast with all regulations impacting the companies accounting, compliance and reporting requirements as well as those impacting the company’s operations. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines that handle Real-world data at Compile. You will be handling both inbound and outbound data deliveries at Compile for datasets including Claims, Remittances, EHR, SDOH, etc.
You will
- Work on building and maintaining data pipelines (specifically RWD).
- Build, enhance and maintain existing pipelines in pyspark, python and help build analytical insights and datasets.
- Scheduling and maintaining pipeline jobs for RWD.
- Develop, test, and implement data solutions based on the design.
- Design and implement quality checks on existing and new data pipelines.
- Ensure adherence to security and compliance that is required for the products.
- Maintain relationships with various data vendors and track changes and issues across vendors and deliveries.
You have
- Hands-on experience with ETL process (min of 5 years).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple vendors.
- High proficiency with Spark, SQL.
- Proficiency in Data modeling, validation, quality check, and data engineering concepts.
- Experience in working with big-data processing technologies using - databricks, dbt, S3, Delta lake, Deequ, Griffin, Snowflake, BigQuery.
- Familiarity with version control technologies, and CI/CD systems.
- Understanding of scheduling tools like Airflow/Prefect.
- Min of 3 years of experience managing data warehouses.
- Familiarity with healthcare datasets is a plus.

- Troubleshooting tracking issues at publisher end. Ensure timely resolution of publisher queries through proper escalation.
- Develop business strategies to improve affiliate program.
- Maintain open communication with all affiliates on the day-to-day issues. Communicate with new and existing affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimization opportunities.
- Allocate targets to affiliates and ensure that targets for the respective campaigns are met within specified timelines.
- Stay current with trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities.
- Interacting with advertisers along with the demand team to understand campaign performance & to further optimize campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3-6 years professional experience in Affiliate Marketing.
- Working knowledge of HasOffers, Affise, Trackier, and other Tracking Platforms.
- Bachelors or above from an accredited university or college
- Candidates should have very good connection with Affiliates / Publishers / Ad networks.
- Core Affiliate Industry/Performance Marketing Experience.
- Strong data analytical skills.
- Team management skills as well as ability to work independently.
- Thorough understanding of the types of fraud in Web or Mobile.
- Must have existing relationship with wide array of Affiliates / Publishers / Ad Networks.
- Strong understanding of attribution mechanisms, cookies, pixels, tracking platforms & MMPs
