Expert proficiency in designing both producer and consumer types of Rest services.

Expert proficiency in Unit testing and Code Quality tools.

Expert proficiency in ensuring code coverage.

Expert proficiency in understanding High-Level Design and translating that to Low-Level design

Hands-on experience working with no-SQL databases.

Experience working in an Agile development process - Scrum.

Experience working closely with engineers and software cultures.

Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and customer journeys.

Ability to produce low level design considering the paradigm that journeys will be extensible in the future and translate that into components that can be easily extended and reused.

Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions.

We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphic and Video Editor with expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and preferably VFX.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics or a related field and a strong passion

for creating engaging and visually captivating content.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished final products for social media and campaigns.

Design and create motion graphics for promotional, educational, or commercial projects.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards, visual concepts, and design elements.

Incorporate animations, transitions, and effects to enhance video presentations.

(Optional) Utilize VFX skills to add special effects and elevate the visual quality of projects.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s vision and objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field.

Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).

Advanced knowledge of motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects, Cinema 4D).

Strong understanding of VFX techniques (preferred but not required).

Excellent storytelling skills and creative problem-solving abilities.

Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and within a team

• Experience Level: Min 2+ years

• JavaScript and react.

• RESTful API’s, basic HTTP knowledge, GET/POST.

• Experience using technologies like React, Redux, TypeScript, modern CSS frameworks and web pack.

Designation: Team Leader Data Analyst & Project Management

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Team Leader- Data Analyst & Project to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for extracting insights from raw data, preparing analytics reports, and overseeing data-driven projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Advanced Excel, proficiency in various Business Intelligence (BI) tools will be an added advantage, and experience in follow up with various internal and external stakeholders related to ongoing projects.

Responsibilities:

•          Gather, clean, and validate raw data from various sources.

•          Develop and maintain efficient data management systems.

•          Apply advanced Excel techniques to manipulate and analyse data effectively.

•          Utilize BI tools to create insightful reports, visualizations, and dashboards.

•          Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data sets.

•          Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.

•          Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

•          Manage data-driven projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.

•          Maintain project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and task assignments.

•          Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

•          Coordinate and communicate with team members, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.

Requirements:

•          Master’s or Bachelor's degree with a relevant experience in coordinating Data Driven projects

•          Proficiency in Advanced Excel functions and formulas.

•          Knowledge of at least one Business Intelligence (BI) tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) will be an added advantage

•          Excellent project management skills, including planning, organization, and prioritization.

•          Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

•          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•          Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

•          Attention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets.

Preferred Skills:

•          Data Analysis: Candidate should have strong analytical skills which is crucial for a data analyst. You should be able to collect, organize, and interpret complex data sets to extract meaningful insights. Advanced Excel is a must.

•          Communication and Presentation: Data analysts should be able to effectively communicate their findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You would need to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and other project stakeholders. This includes written communication through project documentation and reports, as well as verbal communication for conducting meetings, providing updates, and resolving issues.

•           Continuous Learning: We are a constantly evolving startup. Ideal candidate should have willingness to learn new techniques, stay updated with the latest tools and technologies, and adapt to changing trends which is crucial for long-term success.

•           Team Player: You should be able to motivate and inspire team members, provide guidance, and facilitate decision-making processes.

•           Project Coordinator: As a project coordinator you should possess strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify issues, analyse root causes, and propose and implement appropriate solutions

   Primary Responsibilities

• Full understanding of the PIM data model
• Create conceptual data models, data flow documentation and user workflow processes

• Complete analysis needed to normalize and harmonize data attributes for the PIM and Data Governance tool

• Support needed for data governance documentation such as data dictionary and data lineage

• Lead discovery meetings with business owners to evaluate current PIM system and processes to document a recommended solution design of PIM for stakeholder review

• Document business requirements for data attributes, taxonomy, hierarchy, workflow and procedures in the PIM

• Leveraging agreed to solution design to configure the PIM system with the needed attributes, business rules, validations and workflow to ensure the business need is satisfied

• Define test cases and develop and execute test plans
• Identify and communicate the level of effort associated to new requirements that are received to be leveraged to establish release schedule for new demand

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-3 years' relevant experience required; 5- 7 years' work experience preferred

Job Description :
