The Role: IT Administrator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Administrator / IT Coordinator to support and maintain our company’s IT infrastructure and user systems. The ideal candidate will have experience handling day-to-day IT operations, hardware/software support, and coordination with vendors, ensuring smooth and secure IT functioning across multiple locations.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and monitor company IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, printers, and communication tools.
• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues (onsite and remote).
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for maintenance, troubleshooting, and AMC renewals.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, routers, and other peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and data backup processes.
• Ensure antivirus, firewalls, and data protection measures are up to date and effective.
• Assist in IT asset management – inventory tracking, procurement, and disposal.
• Support implementation of new technologies or systems as per business needs.
• Maintain documentation for IT setups, licenses, and configurations.
• Liaise with HO and regional teams to ensure IT standards and policies are followed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
• Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (SAP, Tally, or similar) preferred.
• Basic understanding of data backup systems, firewalls, and antivirus management.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills across teams and departments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Technical Skills:

• Extensive experience in programming/scripting languages and frameworks in at least two Node.js, Java Springboot, and Python.
• Understanding of architectural patterns like Flux and MVC is a desirable
• Work experience in REST API service, Socket connections, and mechanisms to handle real-time async data is important.
• Strong knowledge in OOPS, GIT, SQL/nonSQL DB (such as Elastic DB, Mongo DB, MySQL), Design Patterns
• Preferred to have experience with microservices, API gateway, AAA service
• Good knowledge of coding standards, design patterns, unit testing frameworks, TDD, CI/CD practices.

Must have previous experience in leading a team-

• Experience with RESTful web services, CSS, and HTML5 is desirable-
• Experience with designing and building APIs with REST/Microservices
• Good to know about AWS Lambda & supporting configuration knowledge. Knowledge of any of the serverless frameworks like Serverless, AWS SAM would be an advantage.-
• Good to know of API Gateway and CloudFront.-

Primary Role & Responsibility

As a senior software engineer, your daily work involves technically challenging applications and projects where your code makes a direct contribution to the further development and upkeep of our VI solutions and to its application in projects.

As a software engineer, we expect much more from you than just the ability to design and develop good software. • E., B. Tech, BSc. Tech, MCA, or an equivalent degree

• Essential:

• Strong Knowledge of Core Java & Advanced Java.
• In-depth knowledge of Spring MVC framework, Spring Security framework, Tag libraries, Hibernate framework, Spring Boot, Micro services, etc.

• MUST HAVE- Application security covering micro services security and Restful API from technical and business process and architecture. 

• MUST HAVE -Application security, penetration testing, red team tool (optional), development background, Should have done Application vulnerability Assessments.

• GOOD TO HAVE - Infrastructure experience in Azure Cloud OR Microsoft 365 product implementations will be handy , network Architecture n design mostly in Azure space

• GOOD TO HAVE - Enterprise platform – office 365 is plus and such implementation. 

• Experience as a Azure DevSecOps engineer is desired 

• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management as well as highly technical engineers to articulate security positions effectively.
