Key Responsibilities

• Invoicing & Documentation: Raising accurate invoices and credit/debit notes.
• Generating E-way bills and managing the systematic filing of all financial documents.
• Taxation & Compliance: Preparation and filing of GST returns .
• Handling TDS/TCS computations and payments. Assisting in the preparation of ITR data.
• Banking & Reconciliation: Managing daily Bank Reconciliations and ensuring all ledger balances (Debit/Credit) are accurate.
• Accounting Software: Proficiently managing all entries, including purchase/sales vouchers and expenses, in Tally.
• Audit Support: Preparing schedules and Audit Reports to assist internal and external auditors during year-end or quarterly closures.
• Financial Reporting: Maintaining the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements with high accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·      Technical Tools: Advanced proficiency in Tally (ERP 9 or Prime) and Advance Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex logical formulas).

·      Statutory Knowledge: Deep understanding of GST laws, TDS/TCS rates, and E-way bill regulations.

·      Core Accounting: Strong grip on the Golden Rules of Accounting, Debit/Credit principles, and Balance Sheet finalization.

·      Education: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree in Finance/Accounting.

• Work closely with product managers and engineers to design, implement, test, and continually improve scalable frontend and backend services.
• Develop products using agile methods and tools.
• Develop commercial-grade software that is user-friendly and suitable for a global audience.
• Plan, create, and execute (manual and automated) tests.
• Be involved and participate in the overall application lifecycle.
• Building reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Staying up to date with current technologies and providing insights on cutting-edge software approaches, architectures, and vendors.
• Ensure that non-functional requirements such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability are being considered when architecting solutions.

Skills you bring to the table:

• Fluency in any one of JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Should have built large scalable enterprise applications from scratch.
• Strong experience in architectural patterns, High-level designs.
• Experience in NoSQL and SQL DBs.
• You have a knack for launching and iterating on products quickly with quality and efficiency

Technical Specialist - IAM

• Can Serve in a role of technical leadership in Microsoft Windows server technology. Should have hands on in advanced Windows based infrastructure design and implementation.
• Strong understanding on cross forest domain infrastructure including migration and co-existence in different version of Active Directory environment.
• Migration/Administration/Troubleshooting of ADFSfrom older version to newer version is a MANDATORY.
• Understanding and setup of SAML SSO through Azure ADis MANDATORY.
• Understanding and implementation of “Privileged Identity Management” is a MUST
• Implementation and swing migration of Azure AD Connect is a MUST.
• Understanding and implementation of SSO through third party cloud providers like OKTA is added advantage but not mandatory
• Understanding of Office 365 identity management and administration is MANDATORY.

• Implementing Digital Marketing activities to enhance the Fanztar community.
• Learning different Email/WhatsApp marketing activities and executing the same.
• Increasing Brand Awareness in your institution.
• Providing support assistance for customer queries.

What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll design and architect new features on Mobile Application development.
• You’ll be involved all aspects of development, playing a critical role in design, planning, development and deployment.
• You'll Develop robust, quick prototypes for proof-of concept features / application based on briefs.
• You’ll coordinate with all lines of business to delivery an entire piece of a system or application.
• Write clean, simple and well-tested code

1. Hands on working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
2. Should be really agile on Adobe photoshop.
3. Ability to understand advertising and website / app design briefs and visualize the graphic look and feel.
4. Good aesthetic understanding in terms of colors and fonts usage.
5. Should have worked in a digital advertising / website development firm before.
6. A brief understanding of print and OOH creatives is a plus.
7. Knowledge of HTML5 coding also a plus.
8. Should be a patient listener and a team player.
9. Should have the attitude of working on short notices and off timings.
