We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounts Executive to support daily accounting operations, financial reporting, invoicing, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate should have strong basic accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day financial tasks efficiently.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Assist in MIS preparation and cash flow tracking.
• Support month-end closing activities.

Accounting Operations

• Maintain the cash book and update daily transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Conduct ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy and clean books.
• Prepare journal entries and ensure proper documentation.

Invoicing & Consultant Coordination

• Prepare and process invoices to clients/vendors.
• Interact with consultants and address invoice-related queries.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain credit control.

Credit & Debt Management

• Monitor credit utilisation and ensure timely collections.
• Follow up on overdue payments and reduce outstanding ageing.

Documentation & Compliance

• Document processes and keep financial records up to date.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and auditing requirements.
• Maintain accurate supporting documents for transactions.

General Responsibilities

• Assist finance team with ad-hoc tasks and reporting.
• Support improvements in financial and operational processes.

• Experience with Tally / ERP software (preferred).

Sales Achievement:

• Drive sales growth through consultative outbound and follow-up calls with prospective students and parents.

Client Engagement:

• Address objections, negotiate pricing, and generate sales revenue.

Product Knowledge:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's offerings and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement embedded software applications for IoT devices using C programming language.
• Develop and maintain firmware for Raspberry Pi-based systems, ensuring optimal performance and compatibility with various IoT sensors and peripherals.

We are looking for an amazing Jr. Account Executive to join our joyful Bengaluru team to skyrocket our projects in 2022 and beyond! You will play a key role in our India expansion by qualifying, supporting and managing inbound leads to a close and working effectively with our outreach strategy.

You will report to Karan, the Head of India, who opened the local entity in 2020 and work closely with our Sales team.

 Your responsibilities:

• Help grow the company’s MRR and services revenue.

• Maintain Hubspot and update with new contact information every week to fill sales pipelines with inbound leads
• Analyze and identify qualified inbound leads to contact them and introduce AppTweak’s tool and services. 
• Apply critical thinking during the sales process to anticipate and solve problems to increase ROI for prospects and generate revenue for AppTweak
