Responsibilities & Skills Required

• 4–6 years of experience in building Web Applications & APIs
• Proficient in C#
• Web Framework: React.js
• API Framework: .NET Core
• Database: MySQL or SQL Server
• Strong knowledge of multi-threading and asynchronous programming
• Experience with Cloud Platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Strong SQL programming skills with experience in handling large datasets (millions of records)

• Sound understanding of scalable web application design principles

About the Role:

Seeking a seasoned Lead Engineer with hands-on experience in Node.js and Vue.js (or React/Angular). You will be instrumental in building cutting-edge, AI-powered products along with mentoring or leading a team of engineers.

Team-Specific Focus Areas:

Conversations AI:

-Develop AI solutions for appointment booking, forms filling, sales, and intent recognition

-Ensure seamless integration and interaction with users through natural language processing and understanding

Workflows AI:

-Create and optimize AI-powered workflows to automate and streamline business processes

Voice AI:

-Focus on VOIP technology with an emphasis on low latency and high-quality voice interactions

-Fine-tune voice models for clarity, accuracy, and naturalness in various applications

Support AI:

-Integrate AI solutions with FreshDesk and ClickUp to enhance customer support and ticketing systems

-Develop tools for automated response generation, issue resolution, and workflow management

Platform AI:

-Oversee AI training, billing, content generation, funnels, image processing, and model evaluations

-Ensure scalable and efficient AI models that meet diverse platform needs and user demands

Responsibilities:

• REST APIs - Understanding REST philosophy. Writing secure, reusable, testable, and efficient APIs.
• Database - Designing collection schemas, and writing efficient queries
• Frontend - Developing user-facing features and integration with REST APIs
• UI/UX - Being consistent with the design principles and reusing components wherever possible
• Communication - With other team members, product team, and support team

Requirements:

• Expertise with large scale Conversation Agents along with Response Evaluations
• Good hands-on experience with Node.Js and Vue.js (or React/Angular)
• Experience of working with production-grade applications which a decent usage
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field of study
• 5+ years of engineering experience
• Expertise with MongoDB
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• B.S Degree in Computer Science

• 4-6 years overall IT industry experience

• Strategizing top of the funnel expansion and identifying key channels for sourcing brands
• Generating new brand leads, identifying and contacting Founders and building a solid top of the funnel for the company
• Explaining about the company's products to the brands
• Acting as a liaison between the brands and the internal teams to complete the investments
• Ideating on tech-product improvements to automate the funding application process for brands
• Implementing initiatives to improve TAT for brands
• Owning all the metrics that improve the brand's experience with the company

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years experience
• Experience in business development in B2B or enterprise sales, preferably in NBFCs/fintech/SME
• Experience in building channel partnerships and optimizing sales funnels
• Strong communication skills
• Understanding startup culture and hustle
• Willingness to relocate to Bangalore

To keep healthy relationships with clients, this mostly requires socialization. So, from simple chats on the phone to lunches and events or conferences business development managers must be sure to keep their customers happy.
