We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team in Delhi. This is a full-time office-based role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
• Generate leads and follow up on existing inquiries.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred).
• Only females are preferred.
• Graduation is mandatory.

• 7+ years of full-time work experience after completing an undergraduate degree
• At least 2+ years of experience in engineering management experience.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, and/or Azure technologies including serverless
• You know what high-quality code — and software engineering processes — look like and know how to foster an environment that creates them.
• Execution focused with an ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Ability to do both long-term thinking and short-term planning.
• Experience creating, delivering, and operating multi-tenanted, distributed systems at scale.
• Experience leading 5+ engineers is preferred.

Key Responsibility Area :

• The candidate must possess a strong technology background with advanced knowledge of Angular 2+, NodeJs, Cloud and web technologies.
• At least 3+ years of strong experience with enterprise-wide systems/platform web development using Angular 8+ as the frontend framework.
• Having strong knowledge of working with JavaScript/Typescript concepts and ES6 features.
• Good understanding of coding principles like modularity, and re-usability.
• Knowledge in Angular UI frameworks like Bootstrap, and Angular Material and should be good in developing Responsive applications
• Thorough knowledge of working with HTML5 language and CSS3.
• Strong experience in managing User Interfaces for data-intensive platforms.
• Hands-on experience in third-party libraries for Graphs, Complex Data Tables, Full calendars etc.
• Strong Experience in Version control like GIT.
