Job Description : In this role, your position will be fully in charge of leading projects of iOS & Android mobile applications as well as technical advisers to management & sales team in HK. Role Functions : - Derive project requirements, functional specification, validation, analysis and realistic project duration estimation. - Plan, design, assign, organise, implement the software architecture, quality guidelines and manage efficient timelines while keeping managerial & flexible evaluative mindset in daily operation. - Perform technical coordination for project in-house, review, assignment, participation in agile delivery process, research and recommend new solutions to technique situation. - Guidance to junior team members on all aspects from frontend to backend, provide support to design, develop, test, deployment in complete cycle of native / hybrid /web applications and web development. - Deliver quality assessment, product & communication and report progress in English to HK Headquarter. Skill Requirements: - 7 years+ in mobile programming in native (iOS or Android), hybrid apps and full-stack development -Must have 4+ years experience solely in an architect role for Lead position - Highly experienced in leading with DevOps CI/CD pipeline process & configuration including publishing applications to Google Play store, Apple app store or an enterprise app store as well as methodology: Agile, Iterative, TDD - A thorough understanding of Object Oriented Programming OOAD, Kotlin/Swift/Objective C and/or Java-Android SDK programming, experience in React Native / Flutter is a plus. - Proven experience in MVC, MVP, MVVM, MVI - Hands on programming & debugging skills in dev, staging and production environments, including UX/UI/frontend - Hands on experience with relational databases (MS SQL Server) and no-SQL data stores - Ability to resolves integration issues to guarantee solution conformance to requirements and engineering limitations. - Excellent communication, collaboration skills and Self-starter *Candidates with less experience than stated above can be considered as Senior Developer or Junior Developer.
