Job description for Blockchain Developer
Responsibilities
• Create architecture features and interfaces by using programming languages
• Research and design blockchain technologies
• Develop and test blockchain technologies – Ethereum and Polkadot
• Protecting the application from bugs and cyber-attacks.
• Working closely with engineers, sales personnel, and other teams in designing and creating innovative solutions.
• Research, create and document existing and new blockchain structures and proposed solutions
• Writing excellent multithreaded codes
• Analysing the needs, resources, and problems of the company and provide necessary
solutions
• Working with open-source projects and codebases
• Keeping up with current blockchain technology and cryptocurrency trends
Requirement skills
• Strong background in software development or engineering with 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Strong conceptual knowledge on DeFi platforms
• Experience with solidity and node.js must
• Knowledge in go or rust
• Strong back-end skills
• Algorithms & data structures
• Basic knowledge of cryptography
• Peer-to-peer or P2P networks
• Qt Widgets module for GUI wallet application.
• Knowledge of current technology like microservice architectures and Docker
containers.
• B.E/B.Tech/BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics or similar field; Master’s degree
is a plus

Color Neon is a French brand that designs and manufactures custom LED neon signs. A customer sends us their text, logo or artwork and we turn it into a made-to-measure sign: they choose the font, colour and size, preview it in 3D, and see it on their own wall before they order.
We sell direct across France and Europe from colorneon.com. More than 10,000 homes, bars, restaurants, shops and event planners have bought from us. Every sign is handcrafted, energy-efficient LED neon with a 2-year warranty.
The business runs on Shopify. We built our own 3D neon configurator so customers can design their sign in the browser, and we work AI-first: the team uses Claude and Codex every day to build, test and ship.
We are now opening our first engineering seat in India, in Indore. Until now every technical decision has been made remotely from France. That changes with this hire: one engineer, sitting with the founder, owning the Shopify apps, the storefront rebuild and the configurator. One product, long term, with real ownership.
