Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using React.js.
• Create reusable and modular components to ensure consistency and efficiency in development.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement user-friendly features.
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues to enhance performance and user experience.
• Integrate APIs and manage state effectively using tools like Redux, Context API, or React Query.
• Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility for seamless user experiences.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest React and front-end development trends.

Core Proficiency:

• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+).
• Proficiency in React.js and its core principles, including JSX, hooks, and lifecycle methods.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Context API, or React Query.
• Proficiency in styling in the component.
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS for efficient UI development and responsive design.
• Experience with CSS-in-JS libraries like Styled-Components or Emotion is a plus.
• Familiarity with Next.js for server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and routing capabilities.
• Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs or GraphQL into React applications.
• Proficient in Git for version control and collaborative development.
• Basic understanding of testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Understanding of code splitting, lazy loading, and performance optimization techniques.

Position Summary

Passionate and creative designer who will design, develop, manage, build, and maintain internal websites and applications using Webflow.

What will you work on?

• Provide development and design on internal web applications through Webflow.
• Work closely as a project team to iterate on UI/UX designs.
• Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
• Develop custom code in Webflow to add functionality or integrate third-party tools and APIs.
• Work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Debug and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Provide hands-on support with web development and maintenance as needed.
• Build reusable code and libraries that drive complex web applications.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, SEO and responsiveness.
• Conduct testing of completed applications, websites and software to assess user experience.
• Write custom HTML, CSS and JavaScript for existing websites and applications. Must be comfortable with React.js
• Keeping up with the latest technological advancements in web and mobile app development
• Willing to commute to Bangalore office
• Should be able to join immediately

Qualifications

• Working experience – 2 to 4 years.
• Proven experience with WebFlow development.
• Experience in creating wireframes using Figma.
• Strong HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
• Advanced CSS, animations, and responsiveness.
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• To build next-generation web applications that are efficient and modular.
• Work closely with designers to implement versatile front-end solutions and new features while pushing the limits of what a browser can do.
• Actively look into UI performance of the features which he/she will be developing and consider them during designing of the feature.

What we’re looking for

• B.Tech Computer Science, or similar field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript, UI design patterns, and developer tools.
• Minimum 1yr of experience with libraries and frameworks such as React, etc.
• Extremely detail oriented to strive for pixel perfection across all browsers.
• Passionate about implementing elegant User Interfaces.
• Knowledge of patterns like Flux, Redux is a plus.
• Understanding of agritech domain and application of technology in farming (Preferable)
