Job Summary:

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful execution of business development strategies. This role requires a hands-on leader who can mentor the team, manage key client relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
• Drive new business acquisition through outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and lead generation.
• Monitor daily sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics of the team.
• Conduct regular training, coaching, and feedback sessions to improve team productivity and skills.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to improve conversion rates and revenue.
• Participate in high-value client discussions, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of CRM, reports, and sales documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, supply chain, or a related field.
• 2 – 4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in logistics/3PL or B2B services.
• Prior experience in handling or mentoring a sales team is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in outbound sales, lead generation, and CRM tools.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Summary :

As a Firmware Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing embedded firmware for Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) medical devices. You will collaborate closely with mobile, cloud, and hardware teams to ensure seamless communication and system reliability.

Location : Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

● Firmware Development – Architect, implement, and optimize robust embedded firmware for BLE-based medical devices.

● BLE Communication – Ensure reliable BLE communication by fine-tuning GATT profiles, GAP settings, and connection parameters.

● Memory & Performance Optimization – Manage static memory allocation, flash memory layout, and power efficiency in resource-constrained environments.

● Cross-Platform BLE Handling – Work with mobile teams to handle BLE behavior inconsistencies across iOS and Android.

● Debugging & Optimization – Utilize BLE sniffers, debugging tools, and real-time logging to troubleshoot firmware issues.

● Security & Compliance – Implement secure pairing, bonding, and OTA firmware updates while adhering to medical device standards.

Required Skills & Expertise

● Strong experience of 4+ years in Firmware/Embedded Development. ● Strong knowledge of BLE stack APIs (GATT, GAP, L2CAP) and BLE protocol internals (advertising, connection events, link layer).

● Proficiency in C for embedded systems, with expertise in static memory management.

● Experience with wear leveling, sector erase schemes, and endurance techniques.

● Familiarity with BLE connectivity challenges on iOS & Android and ability to mitigate inconsistencies.

● Hands-on experience with Debugging like Wireshark, TI SmartRF Sniffer, or equivalent.

● Exposure to BLE-based cloud workflows and real-time data synchronization.

● RTOS Knowledge, Understanding of task scheduling, ISR management, and power-optimized firmware.

● Experience with TI CC2640R2F & TI-RTOS is a plus.

Nice to Have

● OTA Firmware Updates: Experience with secure BLE pairing, bonding, and firmware upgrade mechanisms.

● Embedded Diagnostic Tools: Ability to develop real-time diagnostics for memory usage, BLE packet flow, and connection stability trends.

Below are the must-have's in the candidate:

1) 2+ years of experience in LabVIEW development or training

2) Must have fluent English

3) At least 1500 hours of experience programming in LabVIEW.

4) Minimum certification of National Instruments CLAD, Certified LabVIEW Developer or

higher credential preferred.

The Role

• Work as part of a full stack product team to develop solutions to ensure optimal experiences for our customers, riders, and restaurants

• Utilise a variety of backend technologies to build scalable products

• 5 to 10 years professional experience writing web-based applications in any language, and a willingness to quickly get up to speed on our stack (Ruby/Rails, Go, Python, Scala, or Rust)

• Experience with TDD environments (RSpec, Minitest, Capybara, Selenium)

• Experience with relational databases (PostGreSQL, MySQL) and key-value stores (Memcache, Redis)

• Experience with front-end web technology, bonus points for React

• Experience with web architecture at scale (20krpm and above)

• Experience with PostGIS, or any geography-heavy applications

• Experience with "NoSQL" data backends (Redis, MongoDB, ElasticSearch)

• Mandatory Modules: Inventory, Purchase Order, Order Management.

• Skill: Oracle Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant

• Hands-on experience in Oracle SCM 11i & R12 with good English (Written + Verbal) communication skills, team player, ready to travel / relocate & available at short notice.

• Should have extensively worked on Oracle EBS Support/implementation/upgrade Projects should be aware of the solution design, documentation, and AIM/OUM methodology.

• Expertise in Modules OM, Purchasing, Inventory. 

• Industry experience in Supply Chain Industry will be an added advantage.

• Ready to work in Shifts by rotation if required.
