- Manage large amounts of inbound calls/emails/chats in a timely manner
- Follow communication scripts/templates when handling different topics
- Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Keep records of all conversations in our contact centre database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements:
- Graduate / Post- Graduate with 0-6 Months experience in a customer support role
- Exceptional active listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and good typing skills.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision

JOB SUMMARY
Work on the website, enterprise applications (multichannel), embedded product UI’s
- Translate high-level design requirements into wireframes and engaging, intuitive, and functional user interfaces
- Ability to execute visual designs at all stages of the project. From conceptual to finalization and handover
- Ability to create visual design concepts, style guides, and design documents
- Conduct expert/heuristic evaluation reviews of the products and services. Providing design recommendations.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to implement innovative solutions
- Work closely with the developer team, manage and maintain designs to meet customer needs, validate and ensure delivering world-class experiences
- Participate in design discussions and collaborative sessions with teams and stakeholders, offering and providing feedback on concepts and ideas to evolve the experience

- Fluency in creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes preferably on Adobe CS, Sketch, Axure, etc

- As a DevOps engineer, you will be responsible for
- Automated provisioning of infrastructure in AWS/Azure/OpenStack environments.
- Creation of CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
- Proactive Monitoring of overall infrastructure (Logs/Resources etc)
- Deployment of application to various cloud environments.
- Should be able to lead/guide a team towards achieving goals and meeting the milestones defined.
- Practice and implement best practices in every aspect of project deliverable.
- Keeping yourself up to date with new frameworks and tools and enabling the team to use them.
Skills Required
- Experience in Automation of CI/CD processes using tools such as GIT, Gerrit, Jenkins, CircleCI, Azure Pipeline, Gitlab
- Experience in working with AWS and Azure platforms and Cloud-Native automation tools such as AWS cloud formation and Azure Resource Manager.
- Experience in monitoring solutions such as ELK Stack, Splunk, Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus
- Web Server/Application Server deployments and administration.
- Good Communication, Team Handling, Problem-solving, Work Ethic, and Creativity.
- Work experience of at least 1 year in the following are mandatory.
