Customer Service Executive

The selected candidate will be responsible for Market Research, Lead Generation, Customer Acquisition, Sales Management, Coordination of Product Installation, and Follow-up Post Sales.

The candidate will also coordinate with technical team for product understanding, and will participate in meetings with customers and technical team.

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to build & lead our technical team in developing scalable systems using Node.js, MongoDB, Kafka, Elasticsearch, and other cutting-edge technologies. This role will involve close collaboration with the founders and product team to drive the technical vision and roadmap of our products. Fintech experience will be a significant advantage, particularly in areas involving machine learning and AI applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality, responsive, and performant mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases, ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and design patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, identifying and fixing bugs and performance issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of application features and architecture.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless user experience.

What you should have:

• Proven experience as a Android Developer with at least 8 years of experience in mobile application development.
• Experience in building, deploying and scaling an Android or Flutter with more than 10000 users.
• Any experience with Flutter will be a huge bonus.
• Solid understanding of mobile application architecture, design principles, and best practices.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
• Proficient in version control systems like Git.
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices is a plus.

•Proficiency in programming/scripting with Kotlin/Espresso

•Strong experience in developing Automation scripts, Automation framework

•Experience in automation of Mobile application and Rest APIs using Kotlin/Espresso framework

•Experience in deriving quality metrics for Automation Delivery

•Experience in setting up CI/CD pipeline for automation execution

Experience: 3-5 Years 1 candidate & 1-3 Years 2 candidate

Skills:      

Core JAVA(Native), Core Kotlin, Sqlite, MySQL, XML

Eligibility Criteria: 

1. Advanced knowledge of Magento, JavaScript, HTML, PHP, CSS, and MySQL.
2. Coding of the Magento templates.
3. Developing Magento modules in PHP using best practices.
4. Experience with complete eCommerce lifecycle development.
5. Understanding of modern UI/UX trends.
6. Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, SEO, Google Analytics, PPC, and A/B Testing.
7. Integration of Magento to SAP or similar ERP systems

• Design the architecture and their solutions
• Define user stories and implement them using agile methodology
• Engage and manage a team of software engineers; including task planning and code reviews
• Have technical ownership of the product

Must have:

• Fullstack experience (React, Node JS, VU, Python)
• Expert in web technology (SaaS)
• Know-how of cloud technology
• Broad experience with multi-platform development tools and toolkits
• Experience in release engineering and configuration management
• Comfort with both client-side and server-side development
• Passion for agile
• Knowledge of CICD pipeline
