We are building our core team in Bangalore and looking for skilled engineers to join us. Most of our engineering team comes from strong technical companies like Google, WalmartLabs, Facebook, Directi, and Microsoft, have had their own startup in the past. Purpose & Impact of your role: You will be responsible for multiple areas of frontend development. To begin with, you will be responsible for building out the Rippling platform UI and be primarily responsible for it. This is the platform that acts as one directory for employee information across IT, HR, legal, finance, and facilities. Growth of your role: Rippling is changing the way companies manage the day to day HR operations. You will be able to impact how the world experiences it. You will be working primarily in an individual contributor capacity. There are 2 directions that this could take you to: Horizontal leadership driving frontend initiatives via frontend community sync-ups or, High impact IC working on more zoomed-out and long-term projects that will move the needle in the long run. Skills: Strong understanding of JS fundamentals. Good understanding of at least one of the modern frameworks like ReactJs, AngularJs, Vuejs etc. Has written unit tests and integration tests in Javascript. Understands design patterns in Javascript.
