We are looking for a Frontend Developer with strong skills in React.js and Three.js to build interactive, high-performance 3D web applications. The role involves creating smooth 3D experiences, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop responsive and dynamic UIs with React.js/Next.js.
• Implement and optimize 3D visualizations using Three.js/WebGL.
• Manage 3D assets (GLTF/GLB, textures, compression).
• Ensure performance optimization, cross-browser compatibility, and scalability.
• Collaborate with designers and backend teams to deliver seamless experiences.

Required Skills :

• JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js/Next.js

• State management (Redux, Zustand, Context API)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 to 12 years of professional experience in React Native development.

• Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries.
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns.
• Knowledge of mobile UI/UX best practices and principles.

Must have skills:

1. 8+ years of experience in UI development.
2. Should have managed a team of 3-4 members
3. Proficiency in front-end web development tools, i.e., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
4. Experience in modern frameworks like Angular, React JS, Bootstrap, Node.js, etc.
5. Should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
6. Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying high-volume, multi-tiered, distributed mission-critical applications.
7. Good understanding of creational and structural design patterns in JavaScript.

Nice to have skills:

1. Experience using Git version control software
2. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
3. Create & Own design and development artifacts as per best SDLC practices.
4. Good understanding of Relational database experience and demonstrated abilities in SQL and data modelling is required.
5. Use Adobe Creative Suite programs, e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator to mockup UI elements. 6. Use visual aids such as wireframes, storyboards and UI flow charts, to plan and present user interface designs.

What you will do:

1. Create cross-browser, fully functional web pages using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, while strictly adhering to accessibility and W3C web standards.
2. Collaborate with developers, product managers, designers, web publishers, producers and back-end engineers to support revenue operations and meet project deadlines.
3. Review new code (self and peer) following W3C web standards and strict QA guidelines.
4. Evaluate technical feasibility and offer suggestions & guidance for product development. Build proof-of-concept prototypes for new projects.
5. Create scoping timelines and development project plans for new projects.
6. Participate in interviewing, hiring, on-boarding, and training new employees.
7. Mentor development team members with less experience.
8. Recognize tool/system deficiencies and work with leadership to implement effective solutions.
9. Assist leadership in setting, documenting and communicating technical standards and processes to ensure they are followed.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in building enterprise web application using ReactJS as the frontend framework
• Experience with Redux and React Hooks
• Expert in HTML5, CSS3
• Experience in Bootstrap4 or CSS pre-processor like Less or Sass is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of best practices and modern web design trends is necessary.
• Some experience with modern web-based typography.
• Excel at rapid prototyping and at writing good code.
• Experience with testing/debugging in multiple browsers and platforms.
• Expertise in using Javascript
• Should have worked on REST client and WebSockets
• Should be able to write Unit testing using any one of the frameworks like Cypress, Jasmine, Karma, Jest , Enzyme or any other similar framework.
• Should have experience in either one of the Build scripts like Gulp or Grunt or Webpack
• Low-Latency UI, Page optimization, and bundle build+caching
• Problem-solving and debugging skills
• Component-based architecture

Responsibilities

• Work on a full product development lifecycle from requirement gathering, product design, development, to roll out and maintenance
• Effectively collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders including product and design
• Own the delivery of multiple features of the product end to end 
• Advocate best development practices such as continuous integration/continuous delivery, automation (testing and infrastructure) and code modularity, extensibility, quality
• Experience in building Websites from Scratch is a big plus

Primary Skills:

• Min 6+ Years in Web Application Development
• Write clean, solid and testable code while keeping the user experience fast and reliable
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JS, JQuery, React, Redux 
• Proficient in Web Interface designing
• Experience in developing reusable UI components
• Deep functional knowledge or hands on design experience with Web Services 

Strong grasp of security principles and how they apply to E-Commerce websites
