Job Description

Build and maintain bots on Azure platform.  Integration with Active directory, WEB API based integration with external systems. Training and Integrate bots as per users’ requirements. Work in line with design guidelines, best practices and standards of bot deliverable. Creative approach to the conversation flow design, human aspects in the bot responses and sentiments

Qualifications

1. a) 5 years of experience in software development with clear understanding of the project life cycle
   b) Min 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure Bot Framework , LUIS and other Cognitive services offered by Azure
   c) Hands on experience with Machine Learning based chat bots
   d) Experience with Azure bot services like Text Analytics etc.
   e)Strong database skills and hands-on experience on databases like SQL Server/Oracle
2. f) Strong experience on Azure Active directory and adaptive cards integration in Chat bot.
3. g) Strong experience designing and working with

with service-oriented architectures (SOA) and WebAPIs.

1. h) A strong experience on Microsoft Azure, ASPNET / MVC and programming languages such as C# / VBNET
2. i) Knowledge of Python and NodeJS is a plus
3. j) Ability to design and optimize SQL Server 2008 stored procedures.
4. k) Experience with JQuery, CSS3, HTML5 or similar technologies.
5. l) Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong ability to facilitate meetings with individuals and groups to gather, understand, and articulate their business needs.

• Experience in working at Client site, gathering requirements, and translation of business requirement to solutions

• Extensively work on office 365, SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016, SharePoint Server 2013 SharePoint Server 2010, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, ASP.Net using C#, SQL Server, T-SQL queries, REACT, SPFx.

• Proven ability to interact with end users and gather and document complex user / business requirements

• Strong hands-on experience on issue tracking tools like TFS, Azure DevOps, GIT. as well as exposure to configuration management, deployment, and application rollouts.

• Quickly learn and master new technology; equally successful in both team and self-directed settings; and proficient in a range of computer systems, languages, tools, and methodologies

• Having experience in designing, developing, and testing client applications as part of software development cycle using an agile development approach.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform as part of a team.

• Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills, Able to interact with individuals at all levels.

Duck Creek Platform in general, agile/scrum, change orientation and effective communication :

• Responsible for development of complex configuration in Duck Creek application
• Work with Business and subject matter experts to gather and validate the requirements
• Work with development lead on designing solutions
• Provide guidance or mentorship to the team where applicable
• Provide inputs to testing scope and review artifacts
• Provide support to test events and support elevate activities
• Identify, escalate and mitigate challenges in delivery both from technical and functional stand point.
• Designs, develops, troubleshoots, debugs, and implements Duck Creek Rating & Policy to build new insurance products and lines of business that meet all business & technical requirements
• Integrates applications with backend databases, third party API's and other Data sources.
• Researches, tests, builds and coordinates the integration of new products and services per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

You should primarily be a backend developer or full stack developer, very good at code reviews and code optimization. Our products depend on processing large amounts of data and having fast response times is absolutely essential.

• Strong understanding of SQL databases
• Proficient knowledge of various authentication methods like JWT, OAuth etc..
• Perform peer code reviews and Code audit - Analyze existing code and remediate performance issues within existing applications

Basic Qualifications

Candidates for this role must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
• At least three years of experience writing production code of increasing complexity
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, complexity analysis, data structures, problem solving, and object-oriented analysis and design
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: Java, C, C++, C#, Ruby, Scala, Python
• Experience refactoring code and evolving architectures
• Experience crafting unit, integration, functional and regression tests

 Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science or a related field
• Experience developing in a Linux environment
• Experience applying service-oriented architecture techniques to production use cases
• Experience in developing secure, multi-platform mobile applications

Work Experience Required:

1) Senior-level Developer with 3+ years of experience in .Net technologies (.NET Core).

2) Have good hands-on experience working with Angular / Vue JS (Preferable) / React

3) Have strong hands-on experience of Entity Framework and writing LINQ queries.

4) Typescript experience is a plus.

5) Strong Web API and MVC app development experience is a plus.

Important skills:

• Review requirements, create system design documents and develop solutions
• Proficiency in C#, Angular-2, http://asp.net/">ASP.NET, OOPS, http://ado.net/">ADO.NET, WCF, Amazon Web service & cloud, JQuery, LINQ, XML Schema, XSLT & SQL Server
• Web API & Entity Framework
• Should be well versed with Data Structures & algorithms, Multithreading, and optimization Technique.
• Knowledge of SOA architecture will be an added advantage.
• Should have capabilities to develop the core modules/components and should have experience in one or more complete life cycle modules
• Preferable if having an understanding of software development lifecycle and exposure to AGILE and SCRUM Methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in Production support will be an added advantage.
