Job Title: Python Backend / GenAI Engineer (4+ Years)

Job Summary

Looking for a Python Backend Engineer with experience in Generative AI, LangGraph workflows, data engineering, and AI evaluation using Arize AI.

Responsibilities

* Develop backend APIs using Python (FastAPI / Flask / Django)

* Build Generative AI and RAG-based applications

* Design LangGraph / agent workflows

* Create data engineering pipelines (ETL, data processing)

* Implement LLM monitoring and evaluation using Arize AI

* Integrate vector databases and AI services

* Maintain scalable and production-ready backend systems

Required Skills

* 4+ years of Python backend development

* Experience in Generative AI / LLM applications

* Knowledge of LangGraph / LangChain

* Experience in data engineering pipelines

* Familiarity with Arize AI or model evaluation tools

* Understanding of REST APIs, databases, Docker

Good to Have

* Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS )

* Vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Azure AI Search)

Python Developer 

Location: Hyderabad (Apple Office)

Job Responsibilities / Requirements:

• 8+ years of proven experience, preferably in retail or e-commerce environments.
• Strong expertise in Python development.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Hands-on experience with Container & Orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker.
• Expertise in Infrastructure Automation via Kubernetes YAML configurations.
• Strong skills in Scripting & Automation: Python, Shell Scripts (Bash).
• Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines: GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
• Experience with Monitoring & Logging: Splunk, Grafana.
• Immediate Joiners Preferred – Urgent Support Required.

What will I do?

- Designing user flows and converting them into logical entities in the code.

- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.

- Design and implementation of data storage solutions

What skills should I have?

- 3+ years of experience in Backend Development.
- Language: NodeJs
- Additional knowledge of Python will be a plus
- Understanding of microservices architecture.
- User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
- Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system

- Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes

- Data migration, transformation, and scripting

- Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
- Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
- Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ability to create solution prototype and conduct proof of concept of new tools.

• Work in research and understanding of new tools and areas.

• Clearly articulate pros and cons of various technologies/platforms and perform

detailed analysis of business problems and technical environments to derive a

solution.

• Optimisation of the application for maximum speed and scalability.

• Work on feature development and bug fixing.

Technical skills

• Must have knowledge of the networking in Linux, and basics of computer networks in

general.

• Must have intermediate/advanced knowledge of one programming language,

preferably Python.

• Must have experience of writing shell scripts and configuration files.

• Should be proficient in bash.

• Should have excellent Linux administration capabilities.

• Working experience of SCM. Git is preferred.

• Knowledge of build and CI-CD tools, like Jenkins, Bamboo etc is a plus.

• Understanding of Architecture of OpenStack/Kubernetes is a plus.

• Code contributed to OpenStack/Kubernetes community will be a plus.

• Data Center network troubleshooting will be a plus.

• Understanding of NFV and SDN domain will be a plus.
