About The Role

The firm is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to work closely with the founding team. The successful candidate wants to take ownership, has a bias for action, and loves to combine the art of design with the art of

programming. Responsibilities will include translating the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks and works

Responsibilities

1. Develop a user-facing stack from scratch
2. Build reusable code and libraries for future use
3. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
4. Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability
5. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Technology Skills

1. Proven work experience as a ReactJS Frontend developer
2. In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
3. Good experience with Typescript and ReactJS (17.x)
4. Tech stack: Webpack 5, Tailwind CSS 3, Redux Toolkit, RTK query, Radix UI library
5. Knowledge of Alerting and Monitoring tools
6. Familiarity with Testing Frameworks, UI Testing, Monorepos, and Graphql principles
7. UI Performance: should have hands-on experience in optimizing page load, rendering, caching
8. Sense for appeal & aesthetics from a usability perspective

Role: Angular Developer
Experience: 3 - 6 years.

• Work with Angular2, NodeJS, Meteor, and MongoDB as the stack to develop newer functionalities for our platform
• Deploy application on AWS/ Google Cloud infrastructure
• Monitor the application regularly and fix bugs
• Work with team to create scalable and robust infrastructure from experts

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Experience with Core web fundamentals: HTML, JavaScript, and CSS like Sass or LESS
• Thorough understanding of ReactJS and its core principles.
• Experience with popular ReactJS state management such as Redux or Flux
• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript (ES6+)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs consumption
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as GitLab, Bitbucket

Required Skills:

• Proven development experience on smartphone platforms.
• Hands-on experience on React Native Framework, including React JS, React Native, and JavaScript.
• Extensive programming experience with at least one programming language such as Swift, Java, JavaScript.
• Deep familiarity with iOS or Android development.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with code versioning and CI/CD tools like Git, SVM, Jenkins.
• Must have worked on at least one app that is published in AppStores.

Requirement::

• Be an individual contributor to the team, work on sprint tasks related to Front End Development

• Develop features as per requirements and design, own the feature developments till production

• Interact with backend team on finalizing the APIs and work on integrating them

• Never miss to write unit tests and keep the coverage healthy

• Take the lead to maintain re-factor and if necessary, throw away legacy frontend code

• Review other's code and get your code reviewed as well

• Plan the code and approach first then start writing the code

• Taking pride in the work you have accomplished and showing it to the customer

• Stepping out of your comfort zone at times

• Avoiding the desire to take shortcuts at times instead maintain the consistency in how we approach solutions to ensure successful outcomes.
